Took my call late Sunday evening, gave advice over the phone, visited the property the very next day as planned, advised when they'd be in attendance, received my explanation of the drainage issue well, discussed in detail their plan, open to me witnessing their works, friendly, professional, did not enter the property and left their work area tidy.

Prompt and polite service. Diagnosed the issue and cleared up the issue quickly.

I called Drain Doctor about a blockage in a waste pipe coming from my upstairs shower.
We made an appointment for the next day and agreed on a time. The engineer was held up on another job but called me to let me know he was running late. The engineer arrived was very polite and well presented. He put on overshoes on his feet to enter the house where i showed him the shower we were having problems with. After a discussion about what i had already tried the engineer though it could be a problem with a blockage in the outside down pipe. He quickly checked this and ran some tools up the downpipe and cleared the blockage. Great service, I would not hesitate to use again and i would recomend to anyone having similar issues.

Contacted drain doctor with a problem at 11.10am and someone called to arrange a visit within the hour. the engineer arrived at my home at 2pm and the whole issue was fixed before 3pm! Engineer was polite and friendly and explained all the options available and gave me the prices so I could make an informed choice. Hopefully I won't need drain services again, but I would call them if I did.

Derek and Shona at Drain Doctor provided an excellent service. An appointment was very quickly made and I was kept updated on timescale before Derek arrived. He quickly unblocked the drain and identified further repairs (root cutting and drain re-lining) which he completed the following day. Throughout, Derek kept me updated, showed videos of the drain and outlined options. A fast, efficient, professional and very friendly service. Recommended!

I found that the service was good and inspected all the places and asked for what the problems was and identified the problem quickly and resolved the problem with expertise.
I was given a quote of cost and asked to sign this before the job was started.
My original thought about the quote, was it seemed a bit expensive but once I saw all the equipment that was required I understood why it was what I was quoted

If the drain is blocked again just five weeks after your engineer unblocked it, I would say that the engineer may have misidentified the problem based on your "assessment process." Although your colleague with whom I spoke was incredibly understanding in the Glasgow office and empathetic to the situation, it seems that when I got a call back from the Aberdeen branch, the conversation immediately went on the defensive.

I'm sure you would feel precisely the same way I do if you spent £240 to unclog your drains and then they were blocked again five weeks later.

Also, there was absolutely no mention of your 28 days guarantee as we never received a written or emailed invoice stating this.

We have never experienced any problems with our drains since moving into the house, and while we are aware that blockages can occur over time—which I totally understand—it is difficult to accept that this happened five weeks after it was supposedly fixed. You can't expect people to spend £240 every eight weeks to have their drains unclogged, can you?

Called late evening Christmas Day due to a blocked toilet. Friendly young woman took my call and I got email to say I'd get a visit early Boxing Day. Due to staff illness, Sam Wilson turned up late morning and kept me updated with emails. He was very pleasant, friendly and helpful and apologised for the delay. They operate a fixed quote system, after a free call out. One hour later,toilet was fixed! Very grateful and I'd recommend the company and Sam, based in Aberdeen.

Brilliant Gentleman, who solved the drainage problem and spoke to the neighbour advising on the drains.
Would highly recommend this company and the staff are professional ater being confronted by a disgruntled neighbour with a parking issue the Gentleman finished up and put away his tools and left a professional. example of a tradesman. five star recommendation and service. thank you.

Derek did an excellent job in clearing the drains, organizing the septic tank emptying and jetting out the soak away. I will ask Drain Doctor if we have problems again.

Cost expensive , but job got done.

Great guy who came out. He looked at all possibility's and left me with clear resolution to the problem.

Cameron arrived nice and early and listened as I waffled on about what had happened.
He explained what the problem was and quoted beforehand.
Nice, quick and easy and when the job was complete I asked a few questions and he offered some advice.
Will definitely use again if I have any other issues and would definitely recommend.
