Failure to follow simple instructions
Despite informing several times that the incorrect email address was being used by your client this was no changed and i continued to receive emails about someone else's mortgage application.

Best Service - would highly recommend
Friendly and professional service from Chris and Christina time and time again for mortgage, re-mortgage and life insurance, critical cover etc. Always honest, reliable and realistic. They don’t mind answering lots of questions and want the best for you as a client. Communications and updates are brilliant, you know they’re always progressing things for you. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
