Considering the initial contact was a cold approach, I found Mark at Dragonfly Crowd to be a pleasant salesperson to engage with. He's clearly knowledgeable, listened to my requirements and, fairly quickly, came back to me with various options in the marketplace. He didn't try and push me toward any particular provider, he just gave me all the facts and gave me time to make my mind up. I had been with my previous broker for around 10 years but Mark's approach persuaded me to switch. We've just been through the first renewal process - at the end of which, I elected to stick with what I have - and Mark was just as good to deal with, the second time around. Again, there was no pressure to make a change (even though I'm sure it could have benefited him if I had switched providers). Another key point: Mark does what he says he will, when he says he will do it. Might sound simple, but this puts him way ahead of many sales people I interact with.
