Hello,
We’re sorry you didn’t experience the expected results.
It’s important to note that the effects of probiotics vary greatly from person to person and depend on the state of the microbiome, diet, and specific symptoms. For some people, positive results may take longer than a month to appear.
Probiotic 9-Vital by DR-D Longevity is a synbiotic complex (probiotic + prebiotic inulin) containing 9 biocompatible strains and a high concentration of 200 billion CFU, designed to support the balance of the gut flora, digestion, and immune function.
We would appreciate it if you could share more about your reason for taking the supplement and your symptoms via email at support@dr-d.eu so that we can provide a more specific recommendation.
Best regards,
DR-D Longevity

Why I’m Ordering Again and Again
I’ve been using supplements by Dr. Denkova for several months now, and I can confidently say they’ve made a noticeable difference in how I look and feel.
One of the first changes I observed was in my skin — it became significantly softer and smoother, both on my face and body. Over time, I also noticed a visible reduction in fine lines, which was a pleasant surprise. Even more impressive is that these supplements seem to have helped reduce the appearance of cellulite, something I hadn’t expected but truly appreciate.
Beyond the physical benefits, I’ve experienced a boost in my overall energy levels and improved concentration throughout the day. I feel more focused, productive, and balanced.
This is already my 4th or 5th time ordering these supplements, which speaks for itself. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and will definitely continue using them. Highly recommended for anyone looking to support both their appearance and overall well-being.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback!
After 10 days, it’s still quite early to expect a noticeable effect. Our products are designed to work gradually, by supporting the body over time rather than creating an immediate, short-term response.
They rely on accumulation in the system, which means consistency is key, and results are usually felt after a longer period of regular use.
If you’d like, we can guide you on how to get the best results.
Kind Regards,
DR-D Longevity!

Hello!
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that Sleep Refine is a dietary supplement, not a sleeping pill. Therefore, it does not work instantly, like some sleep medications.
The product works by gradually accumulating the active ingredients in the body, which helps the body to naturally regulate sleep. Therefore, it is necessary to take it for a longer period of time in order for the body to feel its full effect.
After communicating with you, we believe that we have resolved the case in the best possible way for both parties.
We have sent a detailed explanation via email regarding how the refund amount is calculated for partial returns.
Please be assured that the amount refunded to you was determined in accordance with our return conditions for orders where only a portion of the items is returned rather than the entire order.
If you have any further questions after reviewing the explanation, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,
