I was pleased with the way in which a complex legal dispute was translated into plain English and I was kept up to speed with progress as the matter progressed. Sarah kept calm and collected throughout and reassured me that we were likely to achieve an amicable resolution even when things become heated which in this type of dispute is inevitable.

I approached DPH legal after seeing good reviews online but my experience was not that great. They do not seem to have any concept of customer services. I was even threatened for a litigation in case of leaving them a bad review and that is when it occurred to me, why I could not find any bad reviews about them online?

Unfortunately, it was too late for me! I found it very hard to make myself heard or even get my point across. There were so many mistakes made in drafting the documents, I was sent somebody else's documents by mistake and occasionally some documents were missed from sending on to the other party. This was my first ever experience on employment matters and I was hoping to receive a quality service after agreeing to pay very high rates. But I was disappointed is to say the least.

I found DHP to be extremely helpful, knowledgable and precise throughout.

I made contact by email and John came straight back to me within minutes, this superb communication continued throughout and John and the other people at DHP were always very responsive when it mattered, and when it didn't, communication was always extremely responsive and accurate at all times.

I felt assisted, helped, looked after by John and the team at DHP, everyone was just great and so easy to deal with, they also give absolute confidence that they are on your side and that they know exactly what they are talking about, this gave me confidence I was in safe hands and I'd contacted the right legal representation to assist me.

I would highly recommend DHP to anyone looking for legal representation, and if they can't help directly they will know someone that can and will put you in contact, so you will be in safe hands.
