Expensive and no effect on my car.
My dpf remained blocked.

Appalling customer service. Paid for them to come to my home to clean DPF... Was assured it was done on the day (January 21st) problems persisted so I've not spent almost £2000 at 4 different garages to try and identify the problem whilst telling them the DPF was cleaned so that can't be the issue. Ended up in the BMW specialist garage for them to strip the car and send video evidence of the DPF not being cleaned, sent the diagnostic report too but they want ridiculous amounts of evidence which I can't now get as BMW have completed the job these guys couldn't. The DPF was so blocked it was a safety issue but these don't care, they got their money. Their warranty stands for nothing. I would avoid at all costs... Absolute rip off... Appalling service and clearly can't provide a service they advertise.

Don't go cheap on DPF cleans just pay the rate other companies are cheaper but you are not getting the same results .

Brilliant service guys turned up when they said they would end on a day. I requested the Guy Dean who worked on my Car fantastic job kept me informed showed me any other issues found on the Car best way to resolve them and to keep my car running out is best going forward definitely use them again. Recommend them to anybody

If you have any DPF related issues then don't hesitate with DPF-PRO. I haven't used a service like this before but quickly and easily arranged an appointment over the phone. Their technician (Tom) duly arrived to the minute. He's very good to deal with and explains things really well. The DPF work, the diagnostics and advice were extremely good and the required work was carried out quickly and professionally. I was briefed along the way and given great ongoing advice for the car. I felt reassured by the friendly service and also felt that I was with a safe pair of hands. They have diagnostics way beyond your average DIY OBD2 so don't waste your time buying those. I would definitely recommend DPF-PRO and use them again without a second thought. They are very good indeed.

This was a complete waste of money and feels completely mis-sold. When it came to making a warranty claim, they did everything possible to avoid honoring it. The customer service was extremely disappointing and unhelpful throughout the process. I would not recommend this company.

I had my Mercedes B-Class serviced by DPF PRO for a DPF clean. Unfortunately, the clean did not resolve the issue, and I was later advised that the fault was related to the MAF sensor, which led to additional costs.
I accepted a refund for the DPF clean in good faith, but the underlying DPF problem remains unresolved, and I have experienced further issues and expenses as a result.
While the refund was processed, the service did not fully address the fault, and I would advise future customers to ensure all issues are properly diagnosed and resolved.

I had a visit from Tom on Monday who diagnosed the problem on my Range Rover Sport to be a blocked DPF, he was very professional & helpful. My car is running like new again, I would definitely recommend a visit from these technicians if your having problems.

Came seem to have no idea what he was doing van wouldn’t start after had to get flat bed to take it to garage £950 repair bill wouldn’t use these if last firm on planet. No money back so that guarantee is as bad as the company

Excellent short notice (same day on a Saturday) service from Kev and the team. Jay was helpful, knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond the call of duty in offering his advice and assistance. And he removed all the particulates from my filter! I'm from Hampshire and got caught out in Birmingham. If I have another similar issue I will drive to Birmingham to get it sorted!

We were travelling from wales to Birmingham to catch a flight to turkey for our annual holiday . Half way through the journey the dpf light came on , then 10 minutes from the father in-laws , where I was going to leave my car while I was away the engine light and coil light both came on and of course it then went into limp mode . Being a mechanic myself I knew the dpf had blocked up but being 250 miles from home and just about to go on holiday I was very stuck . Especially as we arrived back from our fight at 2 in the morning and I was planning on driving straight home . I didn’t fancy to return journey to wales being on the back of an AA truck so I did a google search and found DPF PRO . They had very good reviews so I rang them and told them my situation. The guy I spoke to said to give him an hour so he could try and sort something out . And hour later he messaged me to say he had juggled things around and made someone available to come and flush my DPF . He turned up an hour later did a full diagnostic test and confirmed it was a DPF problem . He flushed the DPF cleared the codes and retested it . I returned from holiday picked up my car and drove all the way home with no issues so I’d like to thank them very much for their help . They not only did a top class job they really got me out of a hole . And that also allowed me to enjoy my holiday without worrying about getting home on our return to Birmingham.

Had a quick next day turnaround for my clean. Great communication all the way and on the day the engineer was superb. Highly recommend.

Kev charged me a fortune to clean my DPF a few months ago and the problem came back. I called him and he promised to call back and repair. He never called back despite my follow up calls/messages. I then went to a specialist garage, who ran some diagnostics and confirmed Kev did a very bad job and I got ripped off.

My honest advice is to stay away from these guys and go somewhere you can trust.

Excellent service would definitely recommend. From making the initial enquiry and speaking to Kevin and then with the technician Craig today, who was punctual and explained things to me when he had carried out the checks and resolved the issue (which turned out not to be what I originally thought). Appreciated the time he took to give advice as well. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you.
