Video DownloadHelper Anmeldelser

DO NOT BUY! The seller is a scammer and does not answer when you ask why the license code does not work.
Too bad, because video download helper works well in itself, but without a license it is unusable due to a large QR code in the image of downloads with which they want to enforce payment.
I am done with such jerks.

extremly powerfull tool!! Premium Version is cheap and worth it too!

Works very well for most sites I use it on. Already downloaded many videos. Sometimes it doesn't work, presumably because of decoder issues...

It never works with Facebook or Instagram and some more websites, even though lots of tutorials suggest this software. When, in rare cases, it does download the video, it often has a bad quality and a nasty QR code on it.
As for Facebook, it doesn't matter if the video or the reel is public or private, it just won't download it, ever.

It marks downloaded videos with a big QR code in order to force you to buy a licence, an expensive licence.

Incredibly sneaky 'dirty practise' company.
You convert/DL your video from a YT link and without warning or written anywhere on their BS 'Lure you into a false sense of security' site, they embed a QR code in the video to then force you to BUY a license to convert it. Not a small QR code mind you but a HUGE one on purpose.
INCREDIBLY SNEAKY.
If 'downloadhelper.net' was an animal, it would most certainly be a snake!

vdh is a worthless program.....new versions download without warning.....can't go back to previous versions.....just sits on twirling.....hard to find a way to contact vdh.....this jerome person don't care & thinks your not smart (won't let me type the real word) as he does not help....this compunity forum on github is worthless.....loath assumers that think everyone can work these sites like github when they have no clue how to work the site as they are not a know it all and jerome thinks everyone is a computer/technology dictionary or a not smart (won't let me type the real word)......I would go back to a previous version but had no clue which 1 and tried them all but just stays on queuing....I am sure this is pointless so whatever.....been at this since the new upgrade and man is it aggravating and loved it as it was able to download a site I found as no other downloader will recognize the site (claims no video but can plainly see it & play it).....even the new version does nothing but twirl

It does not work; every file can't be corrupted from 3 different devices. BS; I'm contacting my CC now.

Excellente extension dont je me sers, pour pouvoir voir les vidéos en décalé, depuis des années, à l'occasion ; elle me rend vraiment des services, et mérite d'être encouragée (marche bien sur Firefox). Merci !

I made a request to reset my license over the holidays.
I sent it on 25.12 in the evening and received an answer on 26.12 in the morning and the problem was solved immediately.

i have had the product for over a year

thank you very much top service

Monday 23.10.2023 3.45am I reported a fault where the rechecking for the license and companion app status not installed, it was CMD verified it to be running, CMD offered this to reinstall vdchcoapp if Edge was detecting it. Video Downloadhelper proffered the below solutions. Hi Adrian, Sorry, I don't know. I would have recommended reinstalling, but you already did that. Could it be a user right problem? Firewall issues? Jerome Hi Adrian Would you mind trying the new coapp. Jerome I contact them a few times with coapp v2 still same issue, I requested further information for user rights, and I also suggested that their support response was woefully inadequate. Whether you purchased the lifetime license or not this type of dare I say it "solution". If they don't sort this out with a proper support response, broken extension can't use, and i paid

Downloading videos in mp4 isnt for free. you'll get a watermark on your movie if you don't buy a license what makes it useless to watch.

I payed for a licence for chrome and tried to download a youtube video but it didn't work. I reached out to their customer service and got a message saying that it is only possible to download youtube videos in the firefox extension. But instead of using the same licence key they said I have to PAY AGAIN for the extension in firefox. Can you believe that? Will not recommend this to anyone.
