The salespeople were most helpful and guided me to what would look best in my home. The men who measured and the tiler himself were quite friendly and professional. I gave a 5 star rating because I was most pleased and prefer to keep my business local. I was not disappointed. I love how my kitchen turned out.

Craftsmanship of tiling of master bath was exceptional.

I am very happy with the process of having our floors installed. Ordering and installation was very smooth. Belinda was very helpful with suggested and helping to choose the flooring best for us. Installation took about half a day and the flooring looks fantastic! The installers were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Douglas Carpet showed us what "full service" really means. We refloored our entire house (carpeting and wood), and Douglas made the experience as painless as possible. We used Douglas in 2005 when we built our custom home and were very happy with their carpet, tile and wood flooring work. This year we decided to re-carpet our stairs going to our finished basement plus we had them tear out carpet in our den and replace with wood flooring. In addition, we had Douglas replace the carpeted walk way in our Master Bedroom to our Master Bath with wood. They matched the wood perfectly in the bedroom and office as our hallway leading to those rooms were wood from back in 2005. The installers are polite, neat and very professional going that extra mile to make sure everything looks great.
Several people including friends and relatives gave them raving reviews on their recent work.
I recommend Douglas if you want a professional looking job! Their sales people in the office are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Love the carpet we purchased from Douglas Carpet one. We were very impressed with the salesman and the installation. Very professional. We had a slight issue with the carpet pulling up at the entrance to our den. They came back immediately and repaired it perfectly. They stand by there products and take care of their customers. I would highly recommend Douglas CarpetOne.

I am pleased with my carpet. The installers did a good job and put everything back in good order. I appreciate the good quality.

Did not do the best job advising on the right type of carpet for our basement. When it got stained a few days after installation they charged me $200 to have it repaired that took the guy 10 minutes to do. The install crew is very good, on time, pick up after they are finished. I would use Douglas again but do more home work of type of flooring I need.
