This is the third top I have purchased now. To be clear the other two are still perfect but they are so comfy and actually also cool in the summer. A great bit of clothing.

No response from Query via contact page.
I ordered the Cross Fade MTB shorts and long sleeve top for my son. The quality of both is really good, and can't be faulted.
I needed to return one of the items due to size, and an initial technical issue, using the contact form on the website. Once in direct contact with Direct Double Drop the customer service was excellent, and I received a refund in no time at all.

Wow Dennis what can I say. You ordered on Christmas day and since then we've had weekends and Bank Holidays. You then contacted us on New years eve saying you haven't recieved your order and we replied to you New years day which is a bank holiday.
So essentially you have waited 3 days for your order which is really quite unreasonable at the best of times but we are also in a global pandemic and it's Xmas so delviery companies are running behind on deliveries.
You say we have poor communication but you've contacted us on New Years even and then shortly after given us a bad review. Again very unreasoble.
We are a small company and we rely on customer reviews. Obviously if we were actually in the wrong then a bad review would be fair but this is very unreasonable.

Great Shirt Design
The design and quality of the product is great. Sizing is a touch small but true to size. I am 5'10" 207lbs and got an XL I actually would have given 4 stars but I ordered Nov 29th and the product didn't even ship for 3 weeks on Dec 19. It got here from the UK quick though once it shipped. Honestly i had forgot i ordered this until i received DHL shipping info If you have time to wait then it's worth it. If you need it quick you might want to look elsewhere
