I have been using Dotdigital since 2021 and experience has been very positive. Dotdigital has an excellent knowledge base of email marketing. The platform is regularly enhanced and updated to keep up with market developments. Self-help documentation is extensive but when we need to speak with someone, professional help is readily available. Our account manager, Eunice (Ng) offers excellent support in making sure we have what we need to fully make use of the platform. She is patient, conscientious, follows up with our queries, and never made us feel we are asking too many questions. I am looking forward to more years with the platform. Thank you, Eunice and team!

I’ve used Klaviyo and MailChimp in the past, but I was looking for a platform that could help our scale my business. Dotdigital was the perfect solution.
The platform has everything you need to create effective email marketing campaigns, SMS marketing campaigns, and social media campaigns. You can also use the platform to create automated workflows that send targeted messages to your customers based on their behavior.
But what really set Dotdigital apart for me was the amazing support I received from Chris, our strategic account manager. Chris went above and beyond to help me with the implementation of the platform and the implementation of automations. As a result, we saw a significant increase in revenue.
