I've used Dorset Nursing Supplies for quite a few years now and always found them to be really personable and great with deliveries and stock. In my experience things have slowly been slipping. There isn't anywhere near as much stock choice on the website and deliveries are coming incomplete or split with no prior warning that some items might be delayed by 4-5 days or so. For example ordering 2 boxes of 10 masks and only receiving 2 masks. The delivery boxes are often pretty battered too. It's a shame.

Only thing I could work out to do was a repeat regular monthly automatic order.

I like this company. It’s cheaper than Medisave and services is superb. They deal with small clinics like mine and I appreciate that.

Quick delivery, product what it says it is,

I ordered a swimsuit from Dorset and paid £4.75 for delivery. The checkout page stated that this would be a next business day service. The item arrived on day 4 , delivered by Royal Mail using a 'Tracked 48' service costing £2.80.
I understand I need to pay a delivery charge on online items but I am not happy being misled on both the service and the charge. This is very poor.
The swimsuit has not been tried yet so my view of the company may change.

Response from customer service : -
We do not guarantee next day delivery. We aim to deliver your order within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday), for orders received before 1:30pm.

Statement from checkout page : -
For all items in stock and not specially delivered directly from the manufacturer, our service is next working day delivery
The item was in stock and ordered prior to 1:30pm on the 2nd June.

Which statement is correct ?

Swim suits were lovely colours and patterns. Unfortunately the main drawback is trying to actually get them on. I appreciate they’ve got to be a snug fit to prevent leaks but even so I didn’t expect to be a contortionist. I’m usually a size 10 but chose 12/14 which normally would be rather loose on me so I would definitely say go up at least 2 sizes.

The supplies came so quickly and were well packed.

Rang the shop and spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful and polite. Then I made a purchase which came well packaged and on time.

Excellent service all round. Slight hiccup with the order but sorted immediately. A sign of good Customer Service when issues are sorted straight away with no hassle.

Great service and communication. Fast delivery of required item.
