Another gorgeous dress, bought for my mum to wear to my wedding. Consulted on material colors and adapted to my mum's style (longer sleeve and length). Only tiny thing was the overlay lace was much longer than underskirt so having it taken up slightly. Tiny adjustment. Overall happy.

I ordered my dress customized to my measurements. When I received the dress it was delivered in a bag. Not a great start. When I opened the outer bag, the inner clear bag had a few of the rhinestones from my waist embellishment sitting at the bottom of the bag. They had already come off in transit. When I tried the dress on the material was great quality, waist and hips fit perfect. However the bust, and arms were over 3 inches too big! Also the wire in the bust area was so mishappen that it made it look pointy and uneven. Quality Services only offered me 30% refund of my full payment. They didn't even offer to take the dress back and fix it or an exchange. Not happy at all.

I received my wedding dress today and all I can say is WOW!!!! Thank you
for providing MY DREAM DRESS.

I had initially went dress shopping at David's bridal. I didn't really fall
in love with any of their dresses. I showed them the dress I wanted from
your online store, Dorris wedding. They said they had never heard of it and
it was probably a scam because no one would sell such an exquisite dress
for such a low price. That realllly scared me so I consulted a seamstress
friend. She said of course retail stores will tell you horror stories and
discourage you from buying online because they are loosing so much of their
business to online stores and it was worth the risk to buy the dress online
(for the affordable price of $156!!!) and if it didn't work out we would
look into more options. Well, she was right. I couldn't be more happy and
grateful that God allowed me to find your site and my dream wedding dress.

My daughter started to look for a prom dress. When she told me that she wants to buy her dress online I was a little evasive, but I trusted her and knew that she knows what she wants. She picked the Dress on Doris website, since January. Meanwhile she looked around, but the dress she sow on Doris website stayed with her always. At the end of May we ordered it. From the time we ordered the dress until we received it we had a very good email communication knowing what is happening in the process. When we received the dress it was a big day lots of emotions, and believe me when she tried it on the dress fits PERFECTLY. I was simply amazed by quality and precision.
I do tailoring as a hobby, and I know when you make a dress is not so simple. I would give 10 stars if I would have that rating option. Well done Doris! Thanks a lot for making my daughter so happy.

Where do I start? I was so nervous about buying a dress online for so
cheap of a price. I went over the reviews and crossed my fingers. The
seller contacted through email. I thought that was excellent customer
service. When the dress arrived it was inside out which helped the sequin

This company seems to be quite shady. They finally shipped the dress but it is not wearable. They made the armhole size the exact same measurement as my daughter's arms! I'm not a dressmaker but, even I know that's not going to work out! First they told me to provide them with proof that the armholes are smaller than the arm measurement we supplied. What?! It's the same size, not smaller, that's bad enough! Now, they don't return emails and they don't have a phone number. She can't wear the dress and it's too late to get another. We wasted precious time and money on the stupid dress. Now, she will miss her senior prom because of their incompetence.
Update: After I posted bad reviews about them, they decided to communicate with me & try to work something out. They made us jump through hoops, asking for photos. There were so many back & forth confusing emails due to a language barrier or just lack of caring. I had to make a special request of the private school our daughter attends to allow photography, so they could have photos of the disastrous dress. A teacher at the school had to put in many hours trying to salvage the dress so our daughter could have something to wear to prom. The sleeves had to be removed completely & the torso, modified. It is still questionable whether she can even wear the dress. Now, they have asked me to delete the bad reviews, since they issued a refund. It's too late to get another dress. If they had acted as soon as I emailed telling them of the problem, there would have been time to remedy the situation. A refund is one thing but the fact that her senior prom is ruined because we trusted them to make a dress that fits and they jerked us around until we posted bad reviews is kind of unforgivable.

Beautiful dress!! Only glitch was the timing... the dress arrived around 10 days later than it was promised; thankfully, it arrived prior to Prom and we had time to alter it! Great quality and amazing PRICE!!! I will definitely order again!!

They sent me a poor quality dress that cost me $300 dollars and told me to resell on Craigslist. This site and its contents are a scam.

After reading reviews I decided that I would give this company a chance. I found a dress that I loved! I ordered ivory which is actually white but ok I can deal with that but the dress looks nothing like what they advertise on their website. Not only does this dress look nothing like what they present to you but the fabric isn't even close. Quality not bad wasn't expecting anything great just something simple. The cleavage goes all the way down with a giant opening where boobs are completely exposed and the cups look like a couple of maxi pads placed in there. The only thing they got almost right was the measurements. I emailed the store with pictures of what they sent me vs what they advertise. Their reply to me was that I could return the dress, pay 20% re-stocking fee, pay for return postage, plus pay for the "free" shipping that was given to me when it was sent. WHAT? REALLY? Then below it said they would encourage me to just sell it. After replying that I wasn't asking for money back I just wanted to return the dress and be sent the Correct dress that I ordered I never got a reply, so I sent another email, finally a reply stating to review their return policy. Seriously? Why is this at my expense. So then I send an email asking to just be sent the correct dress. NO REPLY! Waste of my time. Crappy and inconsiderate customer service.

Ordered from Doris Wedding once before and I received within 1 month, satisfied with my former purchase. Ordered a second time Jul. 2 and I am still waiting..Hellooo...shy of more than30 days and still waiting. Why would I even try again. Like betting? You're taking a chance with this company.
