I’ve had a really positive experience with this store. The customer service was outstanding, the team was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely helpful.

Great customer service!

esperience positive produit fidel a la description envoie soignee et bon service client

This was my first time ordering here. I bought like 50 something individual metal Italian charm bracelet charms to make bracelets for myself, my mom, and my sister, and I am SO HAPPY with everything! Shipping took a little over a week, and every single charm I ordered looks exactly like the picture. I also placed a separate order the next day for a plain Italian charm bracelet just in case I needed extra charms, and they combined the shipping and everything got delivered at the same time. I also sent them a message at one point as I was confused about shipping, and they got back to me right away and made sure I was all set. 10/10 experience, really pleased! Will definitely shop here again :D

Absolutely fantastic! They are quick with shipping orders, and i their prices are great. I love the reward program and how they always fix any issues promptly!

I’ve been using this company for a long time, and their service has consistently been excellent. If anything ever goes wrong with an order, they address and resolve it promptly once notified. I highly recommend this company.

5 étoiles méritées, des produits de qualité que j’ai pu tester sur une longue période et un des meilleurs services clients avec lequel j’ai pu avoir affaire.

This company makes customers feel important. They communicate in a very timely manner, and they go out of their way in their attempts to make sure that customers’ dreams and visions are fulfilled. For example, when I was getting ready to place my order, I came across a charm that I loved but they no longer had available on their site. Gracie, an angel who works for the company, made every effort to find me the charm and was successful. This charm was a monumental piece for my friend as it showcased one of their top elements of everyday life, and I cannot thank Gracie enough for finding this for me. I definitely am going to be a repeat customer as this company shows that they prioritize their customers.

This company is amazing! They have excellent customer service and great quality items.

Sehr gute und vertrauenswürdige Firma, ich bestelle seit Jahren dort!!!

Doreen beads has been the go-to website/business for my sister's jewelry business. The items are all great quality and affordable, especially with the loyalty perks! Would highly recommend purchasing from this website

DoreenBeads was able to accommodate my request and the beads came quickly once shipped and arrived just as I wanted and needed.

Doreenbeads is a five star company based on quality products and exceptional customer service. Their commitment to excellence is second to none.

Absolutely fantastic!!
I have ordered with them lots of times over the year. There is very rarely a problem. If there is, customer services tells you in advance, so there are no bad surprises. If the item you want is no longer available, customer service can order it to be made for you especially (with a minimum quantity of course). I would like to point out Wendy in particular, who has been absolutely amazing and helped me with various things.
Other companies could really learn from Doreenbeads, they are brilliant!
