Hi Sergiu, we do not recognise you as one of our customers. Our offices operating in and around East London have no record of a campaign such as yours, nor do they have a customer with your name.
It is disappointing when a campaign does not generate the outcome you had hoped for, but this is down to a number of factors; this should not reflect negatively on DOR-2-DOR.

Hatfield Town Council had 17,000 copies…
Hatfield Town Council had 17,000 copies of its 2024 Annual Report printed with Dor-2-Dor, with nearly 16,000 of them delivered by the team to addresses within our parish. The whole process was smooth, easy to arrange, and eased the pressure of arranging print, collection, and delivery separately ourselves, as we had done in previous years.
We were incredibly satisfied with the process and we are already arranging to print and deliver future projects with Dor-2-Dor.

I placed an order for 5,000 ( Ilford agency) calls but did not receive a single call. I’m not even sure if the job was actually done. Unfortunately, my experience with Dor2Dor was very disappointing. Running a business is already a big responsibility, and you need a genuine agency you can trust to support your marketing efforts. I would not use their services again and would advise others to be very careful when considering them.

Our franchisees for Ilford, Martin and Carol, have been operating for many years and follow strict operational procedures, including **GPS tracking** for every delivery round. This tracking provides verifiable proof that the distribution was completed.
However, we understand that a lack of response can be concerning. When a campaign doesn't yield the expected results, there are several common factors that can influence performance, such as **leaflet design**, **timing**, and the **demand for the service**. While we are confident in the delivery process, we recognize that 5,000 leaflets may be considered a sample size, and campaign success often depends on multiple variables beyond just distribution.

Nice guy, but I can't give a 5 star because 10,000 were distributed and I didn't get one call or email. Maybe because mine was unusual. Its a GPS service and that tells you the streets (i'm still waiting to hear what mine were), but doesn't guarantee the actual posting through the boxes occured. I'd go for the Post Office service next time where all the leaflets gets delivered with normal mail - the drawback is that it is a greater cost, but not great enough to be dismissed by a company.

Customer service excellent but problems during distribution and printing
Customer service excellent. Distributor very pleasant and kept me updated. Usually there is a minimum distribution of 5000 but the company agreed to distribute 1000 for me in a very rural area. Printing good quality.
However,
1. The printing numbers were short so that delayed the distribution. Although the company did print more over and above the initial numbers and delivered them the next day.
2. Despite clear instructions not to leave pushed into gates or doors if a postbox couldn’t be found, I did have reports that flyers were on the floor. Not a good impression when you’re campaigning for election
3. I understood from residents that door2door advertising was also distributed with my flyer. This wasn’t agreed with me so I have essentially paid for advertising for the company which I’m not impressed with and could actually be illegal.
