Ovesized doors
I bought two oversized doors from Doorland. The communication with the sales department was very good. The doors were delivered to my address in Aberdeen on time. I can recommend Doorland.

Very happy
Very happy, easy ordering on the website, excellent communication, delivery and products, probably the best online ordering experience I’ve had.

Some disappointments - but just about ‘acceptable’
I couldn’t order the door on the website as when I completed the form & tried to submit; went blank & started again. I had to ring the order through to Alistair. I was given a delivery date but the door arrived 1 day early (good I was available). No cill stop ends on the delivery so contacted the sales dept who stated they would send them through the post. 3 weeks later no stop ends arrived. Door was well wrapped with film but some deep scratches on the foil side which distracts somewhat. Size was as ordered & fitted well. Good price but some disappointing points as stated. If ordering ensure you receive cill stop ends.

We’re sorry that you experienced difficulty ordering through our website and that the delivery arrived a day earlier than expected without sufficient notice. We also apologise that the original cill end caps did not reach you. Replacement end caps have now been reissued and are on their way.
We were also disappointed to learn of the scratches mentioned in your review. Had these been brought to our attention, we would have been happy to investigate and assist.

Golden oak back door
The door I ordered was lovely .
The only problem I had was there was no glass packers to fit the glass security into the opening in the door or the bottom panel .

Just to clarify, glazing and bridge packers are not supplied as part of the door set and are normally purchased separately, in the same way as installation items such as screws and fixings.

Great Quality and service throughout

Jamie was exceptionally helpful as i needed the hourly delivery slot to arrange my workers to be on site to receive.
Throughout the communication, it was pleasant, assuring and professional. Very well managed.

Highly recommended very professional and friendly
Suzie helped me more than she should have. Ordered a uPVC door on Monday and had it delivered the next Wednesday cast tracked. Much appreciated will order again.
