Poor customer service
Doorbell arrived damaged (packaging all in good order so item was obviously damaged before being posted). Have emailed the company several times to report this but have received no response! Still waiting to resolve the issue. Very poor customer service!

Klingel ist noch nicht angekommen
Leider kann ich keine volle Punktzahl vergeben.
Doorbellworld hat die Klingel zügig versandt und diese ist über Royal Mail auch in Deutschland angekommen.
Hier wurde sie über DHL bearbeitet.
tagelang ging dann nichts weiter. Nach längerer Recherche kam ich dann auf eine Telefonnummer , wo man sich auch erkundigen kann, wie der momentane stand des Pakets nun sei.
Der Mitarbeiter von DHL am Telefon meinte das
mein Name bei der Adresse nicht mit angegeben sei und angeblich in England zwei mal nachgefragt wurde wie der Name des Empfängers sei. Eine Zustellung ist somit nicht möglich und das Paket wird zurück gesandt.
selbst mit der Sendungsverfolgungsnummer die ich angegeben habe und auch meinem Namen ist eine Weiterleitung an mich nicht möglich.
Nach Rücksprache mit Doorbellworld bekam ich die Angaben die sie an Royal Mail weitergegeben haben.
Sehr wohl waren alle Daten stimmig. Am Verkäufer kann es nicht gelegen haben.
Doorbellworld versicherte mir das bei Ankunft der Klingel in Ihrem Haus eine Rückerstattung des Betrages stattfinden soll.
In einer weiteren Mail an den Vertriebler habe ich den Wunsch geäußert lieber die Klingel haben zu wollen anstelle des Geldes. Darauf kam noch keine Antwort. Deswegen auch noch nicht die volle Punktzahl, eine Aktualisierung werde ich entsprechend vornehmen.

As expected and lovely
Wanted a doorbell that closely matched with doorbells of 100 years ago for my tenement flat. I am hard of hearing so it’s annoying when people can’t see the fashion small wireless doorbell you’d think people would see and press 🙄. Thankfully this makes it all clear! 🤣
Phoned them to ask a few questions about the doorbell and at first, bought the wrong option available. The man happily cancelled the order and I ordered the correct option available. I’m soooo delighted with it

Realize that you are buying a European product for use in the UDA
Our bottom didn't work. Electrician asked that we get a 8-10 volt 120 transformer for the unit. Please let me know if this is available.

Doesn't work in the US
Ordered a Doorbell. They sent the wrong product and now refuse to correct. The seller is in the UK and I'm in the US, so it would cost me about 35 dollars to sent it back which is about half the cost.
Becareful ordering from them. On the upside, they did respond that they were unwilling to correct the issue. Ghosting would be worse.
So if you look at the picture you can see that the outlet doesn't fit US outlets. This product requires 230v at 50hz. The US has 110v and 60hz. I would need a transformer to make this work.
Replying to the reply: The company has confirmed that they are sending product to the US that is incompatible with the United States power grid. So if you live in the US or a country that does not use 230v and 50hz power, you are now warned that they will do the same to you.
Most modern electronics are compatible with a wide range of power, not this one. They sell only UK specific products. Keep that in mind before you purchase.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's a shame it isn't an honest one though. You say we sent you the wrong item. That is not true. We sent you exactly what you ordered. You say we were not willing to correct the issue. That also is untrue.(See exerpt from email sent to you)"If you wish to send them back to us you may do so and we can refund you." You ordered a UK plug in product from a UK company to use on a US electrical system. The responsibility is on YOU to ensure items will work in your situation. You could have double checked with us prior to ordering if unsure. I think it is a shame you try and damage a small business's reputation out of frustration at YOUR mistake.
