If you employ DoorCo to do any work for you, make sure it’s absolutely perfect. If it isn’t, demand a refund. That’s exactly how this company treats other suppliers who are just trying to make a living. Even after refunds, it still wasn’t enough for them. They wanted more, then left us a 2-star review on top of it. So it’s only fair we return the favour and let others know what they’re really like. Unreasonable, blunt, and not a company we’d ever deal with again.

Not a bad looking door but the window in the side panel is off centre, out of line with the moulded feature below it.
It is supposed to be CNC machined but it looks the company needs to invest in a tape measure.

I don't wish to give this company any stars as they are terrible and do not look after their customers. We were supplied a composite door from this company and now the paint/coating is peeling from the door and the company are washing their hands from responsibility. Their warranty is meaningless. Do not get stung by this company and avoid at all costs.

This company needs a serious overhaul. The driving standards of their delivery drivers is poor at best and the customer service set up is almost non existent.

Poor service from Doorco & its fabricators. Slabs bowing when exposed to the heat/sun. Doorco & fabricator refuse to help.

Shockers. Terrible customer services. They do not look after their customers properly. We had to discontinue their product due to lots of issues. Then they say doors in a south facing position are not covered by their warranty. They are the only company that I know of, that do this. There is lots of choice on the market, I wouldn’t bother with this company .

Absolute nightmare to deal with rude staff poor quality slabs keep away.
