Do not touch this company. Booking cancelled with only a few hours notice. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. Better to work with a major company.
An update in response to their reply: this booking was confirmed re-confirmed, and pre-paid. They blame their ‘partner’, but the fact is that the booking had an ‘active’ and ‘confirmed’ status until the morning of the booking and that status was known and visible to them. The rudeness of the company in the face of the distressing situation is also indicative of the company.

We are sorry to read your review, but we must correct the facts.
Your booking was cancelled with our partner on 21 May 2026, which was 51 days before your scheduled pickup date. We took every necessary step well in advance to ensure that your reservation was properly cancelled and that you would not experience any inconvenience.
Unfortunately, the booking platform failed to process and update the cancellation correctly. This was entirely outside of our control. Suggesting that we cancelled your reservation only a few hours before pickup is simply not accurate.
We understand your frustration, but it is unfair to blame our company when we completed our responsibilities nearly two months in advance. The issue arose because the third-party booking website did not handle the cancellation as it should have.
For future bookings, we encourage travellers to book directly with rental agencies whenever possible, rather than through intermediary booking websites. Direct bookings generally allow for clearer communication and much faster resolution of any changes or cancellations.
