Our Pet Coalition are discovering how helpful DonorPerfect can really be. Just beginning this process but look forward to this journey.

Our Account Manager, Matt Smith, was responsive and very helpful. We are just getting started with our non-profit, but having access to the Virtual Conference the first week of June was very enlightening and much appreciated. If it continues like this, I’m sure we’ll be well-served as we expand our ministry and support base.

Great personalized help in the research process as we investigate online giving for our not-for-profit organizations.

Cheryl was very patient with our long internal discussions and approval process. She followed up and answered questions for months before we were ready to sign. Most salespeople would have been pushy or abandoned the lead. She was informative, enthusiastic, polite, professional, and any other positive trait you could name. Very happy with her help, and very excited to make the most of the software!

The staff was very informative and helpful during our demo and onboarding stages. We considered several Donor Management Systems, but Donor Perfect felt like they knew what we were going through. Having QuickBooks and Constant Contact integrated into the platform was an added bonus.

Their merchant account, which runs on their servers, is now forcing anyone who uses their merchant services to run on a PCI server. You know how much that costs?! Better budget more than they tell you upfront because this hidden cost is going to kill you.

Professional grade Staff with the knowledge and even more import the HEART to move you forward. We have no experience in the field. We are green beans and they realize our limitations and lower the bar to help us move forward. We have a long way to Go but feel we are in Good Hands. Molly and NIkki over the TOP.
