I use DonorPerfect at work everyday. Since Covid-19 hit, I have been working 90% of the time from home. It has been a very easy transition to work from home using DonorPerfect. It is also very easy to pull all necessary reports to see who has given us donations in the past, but not this year.

I am having a hard time generating reports now. Even when I have seen articles, videos and tutorials, I sill have doubts about filters and some other things, and have not been able to get the information I want. There are some areas of improvement when it comes to the report builder and reporting in general.

We like Donor Perfect a lot. The support staff is amazing and the new products and services that have been added over the past year are very helpful.

I have not been using DonorPerfect for a long time, but I wish pulling reports were smoother. Also, being able to label donors without flags. I'm not sure if there is another way to do that, but it's difficult pulling donors or stakeholders, sorting them, and realizing they have a paragraph worth of flags. I am participating in training next week with my organization. I hope these items become more evident.

Donor Perfect is a tool that continuously improves to meet the needs of there subscribers.

The support staff works with each person until the question is answered or problem solved.

Easy to use, constantly updating features to make things work smoother. I love that if you need help with anything I can call and anyone that answers can help with any issues instead of being transferred around from person to person.

DonorPerfect has been a great tool that I have come to really enjoy. It is a great for keeping track of all of our donors and the information is so easy to find. There are so many helpful reports that we can have within minutes that provide detailed information about our donors, prospects, members, cash flow, etc. It is also great to know that I can always call and speak to one of DonorPerfect's representatives that is always so friendly and ready to serve you.

I like their agile development approach - they are always improving the product and making changes based on user feedback (you can vote on the changes you want to see made first!)

As always, very happy and satisfied with all Donor Perfect platforms and of course, its stellar customer service!

Very handy resource for keeping track of our donors and various campaigns/solictations. Also appreciate the free webinars when I need refreshers (like on importing data from excel)

I love DonorPerfect software, It is robust to say the least. Customer service is exceptional and always professional. I've had many reports assistance to run with many criteria to filter out, and the staff members are always there to help me until 500 PM PST. That is awesome in my book!

The best thing about donor perfect is the ability to search up past donations. It seems trivial at first, but past support is critical information that can affect the future. I love the ability to do that.

The best part about Donor Perfect is DP support team. Whenever I tried "Live Chat Support", they were always available to help me out. They would provide step-by-step procedures for me to take. They are very patient and kind. Another thing I love about this software is numerous reports you can run. You can customize calculated field easily and I think you can almost get any report you are looking for.

Our organization is so pleased with DonorPerfect. It is a well-developed and thoughtful program. Their integrations with other programs can also be helpful depending on your need. Their chat feature is the most important feature to me. You always chat with a real person who is very knowledgable no matter what level of question you ask.

Pros: The support team is incredibly responsive to both call and text, even during peak work hours and during the pandemic. The reports are also very versatile, and we always get all the information we need. The ability to track everything from campaigns to sub-solicitors is very useful to help produce marketing data. The knowledge base also covers everything I've had questions on.

Cons: Minor bugs, but those get fixed just shortly after I notice them. If I were to nitpick I could say some things could be more aesthetically pleasing.

Overall: The overall experience has been incredibly positive. I am not quite sure how we would keep track of our donations had it not been for DP. Favorite part is definitely the support team, least favorite is that sometimes the receipting can get confusing.
