Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to write this — I'm sorry. Being disappointed with what arrived is a genuinely bad experience, and I don't want to talk you out of how you feel about it.
There is one thing I need to check, though, because it changes how we fix this: Donemax products are software, delivered as a download link plus a licence key. There is no physical item in a box. So if what reached you was a disc, a card, or a package from a marketplace seller, it may not have come from us — and that would explain a lot, including the quality.
To look into it properly instead of guessing, could you help me with three things?
Your order number, and where you bought it — our site or another marketplace.
What exactly arrived: an email with a download link and key, or a physical item.
Which product and version you bought, and which device and OS you're running it on.
If it turns out we sent the wrong thing or your key won't activate, that's ours to put right — replacement or a refund, your choice, within the 30-day window. And if it came from a reseller, I'll still help you get to a working copy and tell you where you stand with that seller.
One more question, if you're willing: which part struck you as cheap — the interface itself, or the material you received? Your answer would help more than you might expect.
Kind regards,
Ivy
