I recently used Domus for a Level 2 survey on a flat I’m buying and the service was excellent.

They were very quick to arrange the survey with the estate agent, much cheaper than other companies I looked at, and the quality of service was still top notch. I received the report within two days and the surveyor also called me the same day to talk through the findings and highlight what was most important to pay attention to.

Following the survey I had a call from the surveyor who explained some of the report in 'lay' terms. They offered me a slot on a saturday which was quite helpful since most of the companies only offer to do surveys on weekdays.
The report was sent to me after only a day.
