Domont Consulting was a great help to my consulting firm because off all the toolkits they offered. Developing identical Toolkits from scratch would have consumed over a year of our time!

Our profit increased by 27% in one…
Our profit increased by 27% in one year. Not all of this increase can be attributed to Their toolkits, but a big part of it can. Everyone is now clear on where the company is going, and how to get there. And our project prioritization is now way more robust, which led to better and quicker decisions.

Your toolkits and templates are truly world-class. I will be buying more toolkits in the next few months ( as soon as business starts picking up in the ANZ region).

For a two-week project
For a two-week project, I bought three toolkits and hired an ex-BCG consultant. I know of their other consultants; my was a high-calibre one! And every member of my staff still regularly makes use of the toolkits.

I bought the business strategy toolkit and the operating model one. I really like both. I used the first one to help me define and execute the corporate and business strategy of my company. Big time saver. Both toolkits have a lot of best practices, playbooks and structured approaches/methodologies
