We also did not receive any emails about a KTM order so maybe you ordered it from a different website? You can send us your order number and i can check it for you.
Calidad precio not bad
Calidad precio son para tener en cuenta, pero hay que tener claro que no son productos premium. He comprado un silencioso y un colector para diferentes motos. El silencioso bien terminado y robusto. El colector bien terminado, pero las medidas y anclajes no estaban perfectas, tuve que modificar algo. Cosas menores, pero no fue plug and play. Los recomiendo si tienes presupuesto ajustado o lo vas a poner en motos con años. Para motos nuevas o premium no los recomiendo. Al final se nota la diferencia con akra mivv etc...

Bought a end can from Dominator for my 2017 S1000R. Fits perfectly and sounds great. Did some 6K km with it now and quality is still perfect. Also the "R" logo on the can looks similar like the "R" on the fairing of my bike so that`s cool also. Great exhaust for a great price.

I feel obliged to do this review because people need to know about the terrible quality of materials used by this brand. Sure, If you are looking for a low budget choice go for it, but PLEASE be advised: the metals used are terrible. The temperatures they will reach are far greated than any proper aftermarket exhaust or stock (obviously). Also, the noise factor is horrible. Even when using the hard db killers, it is imposible to bear the noise (and remain anywhere near legal levels). All in all this is one bad product. Local exhaust shops will probably provide a better service. But the quality, this is the breaking point. It's just bad. Please be advised.

Great bang for the money!
Well I was looking for an inexpensive slip on for my 08 BMW R1200rt and I ended buying a Dominator, the slip on arrived on time and sounds and looks awesome, specifically considering the price, came with a removable plug, without is makes a serous rumble, with the plug still sound louder than the original but not loud, still looks great after like 16 months, happy customer here.

Bought this Dominator silencer for my ktm 690 enduro 2022, fairly easy to mount, beside cheap anchor to the frame, the exhaust with DB killer is too LOUD! terribly loud, and they told only this DB killer was avaialbe. Engine was running jerky, i end up to buy AR**W, another planet.

El producto bien, el servicio mejorable.
Quiero ser objetivo en mi opinión porque detrás de una empresa hay un equipo humano y mucho trabajo y eso hay que respetarlo.
NEGATIVO
1. Falta de transparencia. Al pagar el producto te envían un mensaje que dice: el tiempo de entrega serán 5 días hábiles.
Hice el pedido el día 30/6 y tuve que ir yo a recogerlo cuando lo dejaron a un punto de recogida el día 12/7.
2. Falta de Competencia. El escape no tiene db killer, te lo venden aparte. He tenido que hacer un nuevo pedido y volver a pagar gastos de envío. Un escape sin db killer es ilegal por normativa de la UE.
3. Me puse en contacto con la empresa para informar de esto último y, me respondieron rápidamente pero no me dieron ninguna explicación, solo que estaba en la web, sin mas. Por tanto, la atención al cliente no ha sido adecuada.
POSITIVO:
1. El paquete ha llegado bien embalado en una caja con todos los elementos perfectamente protegidos.
2. Los acabados del escape son excelentes, no tiene nada que envidiar a escapes de otras marcas ( bueno sí, que no trae db killer incluido)
3. El precio está genial.
Pd: No puedo hablar del sonido porque estoy esperando el db killer para poder circular con la moto. Lleva un retraso de 5 días respecto a la fecha prevista de entrega. Se supone que me llega hoy. Lo compré el día 15/7.
La empresa de transporte es UPS y puedo decir que son unos IMPRESENTABLES, lo llevan al punto de recogida directamente, no pasan por el domicilio.
Espero que os sirva de ayuda para mejorar.

Hola amigo, thank you for your feedback, but you ordered from the manufacturer itself and not from us! We are the reseller in the Netherlands and use a different shipping time and deliver all exhausts with db killer (as mentioned by you, this is indeed obligatory for most countries).
I'm happy though you are happy with the quality of the exhaust, so hopefully you'll have a lot of fun with it :)

Order a Dominator link pipe for my yamaha r6 on the 15 october 2021, received the link pipe @5 November 2021.. on The 26 of november a 1 inch hole came out from nowhere...a had to contact the manufacturer in holland via email about,, then i had to contact them by phone i was in contact with oliver from dominator he was very nice until i refuse to send my link pipe .. i told him you have the ship a new link pipe and then i will ship mine.. that was the moment when he explode and he was talking to me like he was talking with an animal.. like i dont give a sh.t, do whatever you want , is not our problem,,and bla bla bla... Be careful when you buy from Dominator because i have just discovered that the link pipe that i have there are 100%identical on AliExpress..
The question is ?
Do i have an original link pipe?

Yes we had a normal conversation until i refused to send the shi_y ,again the shi_y link pipe..like i said you have to send me a new one and i will send the shi_y one to you....you have to take care for your customers,,customers are no rubbish...i payed good money ,but i have received shi_y link pipe....yes of course i dont want your help anymore,,i have payed from my pocket to repair the shit_y link pipe...made in china link pipe,,you can find 100% identical

Hi Joseph, thank you for you review. On the phone we had a normal conversation where we told you can resend your catalyst and you would receive a new one. We also offered you to keep it until after your race so you could still use it, but you insisted we would pay the price for welding as well. When we told you we can not do this, you told me you don't want our help anymore and that you would have the problem solved yourself. It was a normal conversation and we talked with respect to each other. Prior to this call, and that was the reason we contacted you by phone, your literal email was, and i quote:
'No does not work like this for me.... You send me a new one and when i receive it , i will send the shity one that i have... Otherwise you will have a bad feedback all over the internet...'
So basically, if things don't go your way or you don't like how things are handled, you threaten with bad reviews automatically. We don't work like this and we don't bow to threats. We offered you a new catalyst but you declined.
You're more than free to leave this negative review, but it is also my task to tell our side of the story because we would never talk to our customers like this and we always offer a solution.
All our products are manufactured in Poland and are not from China, we take pride in our products and stand behind them.
