I CALLED TO ASKED IF THEY COULD DELIVERED TO THE 2ND FLOOR , IMMEDIATELY JACK RESPONDED YES !, NOT A PROBLEM , JACK WAS VERY POLITE , AMAZING AT SOLVING EVERY ISUES , AS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL . I HAD MY DELIVERY YESTERDAY BY GREG , AND JAMES THAT WAS AMAZING ,THEY TOOK THE OLD AWAY , AND BRINGING BOTH TO THE 2NF FLOOR WITH ZERO ISUES . IN ALL HONESTY , I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO BUY FROM THAT FAMILY BUSINESS DOMETRIX . I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED TO MANY .GOOD COSTUMERS SERVICES IS SO RARE THOSE DAYS , SADLY . Great service and very fast for delivery and installation of a washing machine. The guys that installed the appliance were very helpful and went beyond their duty to make sure the washing machine could fit in the tiny gap we had. Perfect!

Dometrix recommended a new and suitable washing machine to replace our old one. They removed the old machine and fitted the new one. They were friendly, efficient, tidy and provided an excellent service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dometrix.

Recently purchased an induction Hob & Dishwasher from Dometrix. I was extremely pleased for the quick turnaround, as we managed to get a next day delivery. The engineer went above & beyond with the installation making sure the integrated dishwasher was fitted perfectly. Will definitely use again in the future.

I ordered a dishwasher from Dometrix as they are a local company and have just started up. The price was similar to the usual large companies and I prefer to go local if possible. They delivered at the time they said and removed my old appliance and replaced with the new one quickly and efficiently leaving no mess. Jack ran me through the basics of use and tested the dishwasher to make sure it was working and I was very happy with it.
I would recommend Dometrix to anyone needing a new dishwasher or washing machine.

Jack from Dometrix installed recently delivered and installed a new washing machine for my Father at one of his rental properties.
