I love your product and have been using us for many years. Too many to count. I have not found a product that holds as well as Blue Spirit Gel.
I love your product and have been buying it from Van Michael for many years. I ordered from you since Van Michael was out of Blue Spirit Gel.
The package arrived in a timely manner. One of the containers did not have a label and was leaking when delivered. Was this a sample? I would like a replacement or a credit to my credit card. The other container arrived without incident.

However the good news is that Van Michael in Atlanta took a new order in 10 days ago so you will be able to buy some from them.
We have issued a refund to you but it will take 5 to 8 working days to show in your account.

Awful Product
I have ordered Dome products for years. They have changed. Not the same hair. Extensions do not stay curly. They shed. Extremely poor quality now. Save yourself some money. Do not buy.

Cheap product but nowhere else to buy it
So I’ve been using this product on and off for YEARS. It’s changed the wavy hair isn’t wavy anymore and doesn’t last at all. Their prolin is more how the way use to be; that being said it’s too expensive to do a full head. I can’t but the crappy product any where else so I’m stuck with them. Simon would roll over in the heavens if he thought his vision was being sold at a lesser than product. Oh well they don’t care

Absolutely agree that the dome extensions are no longer good. They shed and become totally straight. Not the same product. Don't buy! Ever!
