support constantly exceeded expectations
Whenever there is an issue or i needed assistance becaus I was 'out of knowledge', I got immediate reaction/feedback and guiding, well explained information.
That's definietely worth a 5 star rating.
I don't often feel compelled to leave feedback, but their support constantly exceeded expectations and warrants an exceptional 5+ star rating.

my company is offline and nobody is reachable
@ domaindiscount24 please respond to my emails!!!
edit: one day later: still no response to all my email @ domaindiscount24 including abuse@
all systems are moved to new domains now.
nobody is reachable. this is not serious, if a provider does not reply to abuse mails, this is a very serious matter
i think it is possible to hack the provider completely without them realising it!!!
edit 2:
3 days offline now. still no response from key-systems / domainsdiscount24. all i received was an autoresponder saying that they look forward to being there for you again on 2.1.2025. - well one week from now.
if you want to drive your company into the ground, key-systems / domaindiscount is the right place for you
edit 3
day 4 now without any response, domain still offline.
i have not been available to my customers by email for 4 days, which is damaging my business
edit 4
fixed! after 72 hours of downtime.

Vielen Dank
Exceptionally fast, reliable and goal-oriented service. Unfortunately, you can no longer expect that from the rest of the corporate culture.
The website and customer account are also very tidy, self-explanatory and have all the important functions. Many thanks

Getting unsolicited emails
I've never heard of this company or even used their services and for some reason keep getting "How has your domaindiscount24 experience been?" emails to different email addresses asking to rate them. And looking at the email addresses they are targeting ones used as the registrant contact email for domains registered elsewhere. Seems a bit scammy to me.
