This company were very helpful in helping me regain access to my domain account after a change of email address.
This company were very helpful in helping me change my email address and password after I had misplaced them. They adhered to good security measures by phoning me on a previously approved phone number. The caller was helpful and polite. I was concerned before I contacted them, but felt must better that the issues were resolved quickly, efficiently and without any fuss. Thank you Markus of domaindiscount24.

We will also make sure that Markus receives your kind feedback. Our support team works hard to provide professional and friendly assistance, and it’s always rewarding to hear when their efforts make a positive difference.

Reliable Service and Impressive Response Times
Fast Response Time: I had an issue with an external mail server and needed help with the DNS entries. The support team responded much faster than I expected. In an industry where you often wait days for a ticket update, this speed was a huge relief.
The team was not only fast but also effective. The problem was successfully resolved, and my mail server is now secure (DKIM & SPF).
Thanks!

Vielen Dank!

If you need more than just a domain name
I have run servers on the internet for more than 25 years and have used several registrars before I found Domaindiscount24 18 years ago. This provider offers all features I could wish for and has always been very reliable. I highly recommend it for users who want full control over their domains including DNS administration.

DD24 is not able to provide a simple payment process
We registered 40+ domains with DD24. Unfortunately, they are unable to offer a simple payment process for a Swiss company. Each domain is billed individually by credit card (!!). Despite this, their website states: 'User-friendly domain portal for private customers and businesses'. It also says 'Team Internet – As a global team, we are constantly working on improvements'. It seems this company cannot deliver on its promises. What a shame!

Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback and for managing such a substantial portfolio of domains with Domaindiscount24.
We completely understand how managing 40+ domains with individual credit card transactions can feel unnecessarily complex, especially for a Swiss business with structured accounting requirements. Your expectation of a more consolidated and streamlined billing process is absolutely reasonable.
While our current setup supports many different customer needs, we recognize that larger portfolios require more flexible invoicing and payment options. Feedback like yours is important and has been shared internally with the relevant teams as we continue to improve both our portal experience and our billing capabilities.
If you’re open to it, we would welcome the opportunity to review your specific setup and explore potential alternatives or workarounds that might simplify your payment process.

What I really like is the quick response time and the fact that you quickly understand the issue and can actively help. This isn't the first time that a problem has been solved very quickly and competently. Thank you very much for that.

Sketchy Upsell
Kaufe hier meine Mails seit Jahren.
