Over the years I've worked with numerous fulfillment centers and have to say that since I met Zach and the team Ships-a-lot I'll never look for another again! Not only do they bend over backwards to make sure that all my orders are fulfilled extremely fast, they also care about my bottom line. Case in point, we were shipping out 3 items of the same SKU and they proactively lowered our overall COGS and shipping expense by helping us create a new packaging. Also, in the past, I've had to struggle through the process of integrating or systems with the company thats fulfilling our products. Zach and his team quickly jumped in and got it all up and running in no time with ZERO hassles on my part. To call them just a fulfillment house would not do them justice...they are and end-to-end solution center that can solve all your logistic challenges. They also answer their emails almost immediately, including weekends...what company does that anymore?! BTW, if you have a Shopify store front, you're also in luck. I have spent months trying to integrate our Shopify storefront to an international fulfillment vendor and have finally found a wonderful solution with Ships-a-Lot. Within one day of receiving my initial stock they had fulfilled all of my backlog. The integration with Shopify is seamless and I can now support my Canadian customers. Great solution!

When out ecommerce company started expanding quicker than we could ship orders, we searched long and hard for a solution. We were extremely nervous about moving all of our inventory from Florida to a fulfillment center out of state, but Ships-a-Lot made it incredibly easy.

Zach and his team made sure to answer the many questions that we had about the transition and made things as seamless as possible for us and our customers. Our margin for error was fairly high when we were filling orders in my spare bedroom, but now things are flawless. We couldn't be happier!

There's also no hidden fees with Ships-a-Lot like we encountered with the quotes from other 3PL companies. You pay a flat fee here... no extra charges unloading your inventory or ridiculous charges for each additional item they pick. Some of our orders have upwards of 20 or 30 items in it, so it's nice to pay one fee whether they ship 1 item or 30.

I found out about Ships-A-Lot in my Shopify FB group. We were getting ready to do a preorder for a new product and were not logistically setup to handle all the orders. Ships-A-Lot has been a lifesaver. What makes me so comfortable about using them is that the owners are entrepreneurs themselves and know the ins-and-outs of ecommerce. They understand first-hand how important customer shipping is. What separates them, though, from other companies is their customer service. I can't say enough about how much Zach helped us with the on-boarding process. More than that, he answered every single question I had in a timely manner. I never felt like I was bothering him with all my questions. I have no hesitation in recommending Ships-A-Lot to anyone looking for an A+ fulfillment service.

We are constantly impressed by Zach, Max and team at ShipsAlot. They are running an amazingly smooth ship there and we are so thankful to have found them. Great staff, responsible, friendly and resourceful.

They provide a very personalized experience and are very helpful with on-boarding for new clients. They even helped us get our new eCommerce site synced and up and running (we used Shopify). Ideal for storing and fulfilling large quantities of smaller inventory with many SKUs (for us it's books). We looked at many other services and this was the best value by far. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for warehouse storage and/or fulfillment services.

Our startup went with a local fulfilment center who took over a month to get everything out from our crowdfunding project and made a mess of the information. We didn't know who got what. We transferred our business to Ships-a-Lot and within 48 hours they had tracking numbers sent to everyone including the custom assembly that was needed. They have been responsive and easy to work with. With them not being local, has not been a setback one bit.

We've been using Ships-a-lot for several months now, and the most impressive aspect to me is how fast their response to issues or inquiries is. These guys must be monitoring their messages 24/7, because I can get issues resolved in minutes or hours even at odd hours, rather than days or weeks.

Beyond the customer service experience, I'm also impressed by their willingness to listen to feature requests and help us close the loop quickly on certain things we need. For example, I requested a summary of shipping charges to help us fine-tune the shipping cost we charge our customers, and Ships-a-lot pulled the data for me immediately. This kind of flexibility is hard to come by with other fulfillment services.
