Great people to do business with, nothing is ever a problem. Quick response to all questions. I built and installed my own cabinets an bought, doors, filler panels, drawers, drawer runners and drawer fronts form DIY kitchens. Cheaper and better quality than another well-known direct supplier. There were a couple of damaged items and also a couple of missing items. I did not discover that one item was missing until six months the original delivery because that was when I opened the packet. (I was very slow to get round do fitting the drawers). All items were immediately replaced/provided without any quibbles, even the item that I needed six months later. Impressive. DIY staff were all quick, polite, professional, and friendly every time I needed to make contact.

I heard about DIY kitchens through a friend who highly recommended you. Your staff were very helpful from start to finish even helping convert a plan from a competitor. Quality we were very impressed with and also when we had an issue with one of our wall units you helped put this right even arranging for a home visit to resolve.

We saved a fortune compared to several other companies and like I said your customer service has been top class.

It's great that you are happy to do small orders for panels etc rather than having a hefty minimum transaction as some suppliers. My kitchen had suffered major water damage to all of the side dividing panels and plinths due to flooding by careless tenants.Your prices were reasonable and it is now back as new 6 years on

Reference order number 488117 would highly recommend this company for the product the buying process and a great bonus if you are unsure of the accuracy of your order it's all checked by their staff and recommendations are made to help you, fantastic. Price wise they are seriously less expensive than there competiors such as b&q, Howdens etc. Quality is tops and by the way the 2 delivery guys were so professional and helpful who worked so hard to carry all the equipment into my house. Used DIY kitchens for a kitchen refurb, cabinet doors and worktops (easy to use website) order was delivered and with no fuss. Small scratches to 1 cabinet door and this was immediately replaced. The quality of the materials was excellent and made a big difference in the finish of the completed kitchen.
Biggest plus was the excellent customer support team, extremely helpful and 1 of the best I have dealt with, would happily recommend this company.

I have had the best experience buying a kitchen from DIY. I bought a Hemsley shaker kitchen in bespoke colour over Xmas. I couldn't be more happy. All the units arrived in perfect condition even with some jammy dodgers and yorkshire tea bag thrown in - nice touch! The units were very well made and solid. I like the fact you could choose from a variety of sizes much more than the majority of high street stores. The customer service was excellent - they gave me very good advice all the way through the process. Even though designing and installing a kitchen can be a very daunting experience, the end result exceeded my expectations. I would also recommend travelling to their Yorkshire showroom just to get a better feel about what they have on offer which is considerable.

I bought an English Rose flat-packed kitchen from DIY Kitchens Complete. The main reason was that their website gave comprehensive details of all the kitchen units and accessories that were available. This made it easy for me to plan my kitchen and draw up a list of the items I needed. A few questions I raised were answered efficiently and when their supplier was consulted and didn't respond straight away, DIY Kitchens e-mailed me to keep me informed. Communication has been exemplary. Pricing was also very competitive, the cheapest of three quotes I obtained for my English Rose kitchen. Product quality has been very good (but perhaps fell just short of excellent) but the team at DIY Kitchens resolved the few minor issues that I had quickly and efficiently.
In summary, DIY Kitchens Complete are a great company to deal with and I would thoroughly recommend them if you are the sort of person who is hands on and likes to design his own kitchen and build it.

After many months of looking for a new kitchen set of units, came across DIY Kitchens. As we had a set layout , the units as provided matched with only a couple of alterations. These they did with no trouble and at no extra cost . (we had a 150 wall unit with door done ). In the end all fitted well. All the units are well made and strong with good opening to the draws and doors. Had to order extra end boards and return initial door draw knobs all with no issue to DIY.

DIY kitchens provide a very good service, and good prices. However, as their deliveries are managed by third party suppliers, there are sometimes mistakes in the delivery process. Out of three orders placed with them in the last few months, there was one damaged item, one mis-delivery, and one wrong item supplied.
Having said that, all the errors and omissions reported to them have been corrected courteously and without hesitation.

We priced up a kitchen against several suppliers and they came out top. The quality of the kitchen is really good. Would definitely recommend.

I found this website on the internet and couldn't believe my luck they were based so close to my hometown in Rhondda. So much choice of styles and colours so much better than the basic shaker style in all other stores. So much choice it was so difficult to choose and they have been so patient with me as I couldn't decide between a few of them. After breaking down what I wanted, the price was outstanding compared to basic cabinets on the high street and I have so many extras for the budget I was planning to spend. I would recommend them without any doubt and have already picked up a few brochures for my friends. Before you order with anyone else just have a look at this website. Thanks very much especially to Phil who has plenty of patience and not a bit of pressure or rubbish fed to you by some companies. In this case that phrase means exactly that. From the website to the final delivery everything was very well co-ordinated. The website is extremely clear, understandable, and user friendly. After placing the order I received an e.mail asking if a unit was the size I wanted , yes no problem. A second e.mail confirmed a deilvery date and time, which was kept. The fitter was amazed at the quality, especially the 18mm backs and has since recommended them to two customers (he normally recommends another well known supplier). So once again I can't recommend them enough although I doubt I will order another, if as I expect these units will last 30years I rather think that will be beyond my sell by date
