Excellent company oh, very knowledgeable they followed up with me. Very impressed with the entire system. I would do it all over again five times.

I was skeptic because we have a stubborn hound dog and I didn't think anything would keep her contained. After the fence was installed Bob took the time to train us on what to do. I was in shock how well Maggie did. She only ran through the fence once, after a squirrel and it never happened again. It is great seeing her run around the yard without a leash attached. She loves her new found freedom! It's also great that we can be working in the yard and not worrying about her. She typically lays down in the yard and watches us. We now say we should have done this 3 years ago. Thank you so much, Bob!!!!

I give DogWatch of Susquehanna Valley 5 stars. This is not the first time we have had Bob install a fence for us. The first fence was installed many years ago for our two Labs at a different location. More recently, I did not hesitate to call Bob and his Son since I knew from 15 years with my previous 2 Labs that not only will my new fence system, at our new home be installed with a high quality, but the follow up training questions, battery replacements and any other needs that we have will be handled with a high level of friendly customer service. So, to any first time underground fence customers, I would not hesitate to recommend DogWatch of Susquehanna Valley. In fact, my Sister and Niece have both had Bob install underground systems in recent years. My dear new Lab puppy can now enjoy a level of freedom that I know from experience will add to her happy healthy life.

The young man who came to put in the fence for our Tilly was very thorough. His explanations of what he was doing and how to work the system was so on point. He even walked Tilly around the yard to show how to train her to the flags. They've called to see how we are doing too.
