Nelson was great and the fence was just perfect for our needs and well worth the cost. When we had questions he would always come back and help us with anything that we needed.
I would highly recommend Nelson Fence system to anyone.

The installation is good- can’t see wire anywhere. It’s working. The flags were rather randomly placed, so I went and placed them all exactly where the beep sounded. Now the dog gets it. Flags mean beeps. It would have been really helpful for the installers to spend 1/2 hour or so demonstrating the training, but that didn’t happen. The handbook is really poor. Doesn’t tell you what the flashes mean. Does one flash mean no shock? Or lowest shock? It’s unclear.

I got the equipment and the installation - very expensive, but no training and poor handbook- so you have to figure all that out be yourself. The dog was scared of the beeps, so I bought dog repellent spray and sprayed between the flags and wire for a few days- no shock collar. He got the idea. Now the collar is on - one flash. Guess that’s beep only???

They were very quick to provide an estimate and do an install. The system has worked perfectly for my three big dogs.

Great customer service and very fast. The fence works great with our 3 Golden Retrievers and the collars are so much better than the ones we had before. We look forward to not having to change the batteries every couple of months! We highly recommend DogWatch Hidden Fence of Greater Bangor!

Dog Watch has the only dog containment system that works for our Brittany. In the past we have used a system from Innotek and this Brittany has quickly figured out the system and was constantly willing to take the shock to break thru that system. Not... the Dog Watch system even though we are up on the 6th of 7 shock strengths it really works for us. We have about 2 acres next to a main road exceptionaly busy during the summer months. Our Emme-Lou has full run of the backyard and she loves it and we have peace of mind she will remain safely contained. It works for us and I would highly recommend it to others.
