Complete scam, ordered an item that looked amazing online and when it arrived it was complete crap. The high quality 3d printed glass was a cheap dollar store wine glass with a sticker on it. The description and picture were completely inaccurate. When contacted they offered a 20% refund as shipping it back was at my cost. When I sent pictures from their website of the item and what I actually received complete with closeups of damage they offered 25 or I would have to ship back to China. Address in website for company is Monaco.

This company is a scam! The pictures on their site are not what you will receive and you'll be forced to go through your credit card company for a resolution as they won't take responsibility for the issue.

Ordered 2 savage gear advent calendars. Never received them. Tracking said it was delivered 2 provinces away. When I contacted them for a refund, even shows picture of tracking saying where it was delivered, and picture of my shipping address. They refused, and I kept asking, they stopped replying to my messages

Save your money. Elvis mug is of extremely poor quality. Not as pictured. Entire Elvis is gold, even the hair. Name is misspelled as "Elvisley". The cup is unusable as a drinking cup or mug, not pictured on website is the metal insert that goes in mug. It's the part that holds beverage and is the size of a shot glass. Extremely disappointed. And the shipping takes about twice as long as they tell you. Overall very poor experience and even worse product quality.

Ordered waterproof earbuds as a gift. Earbuds were NOT waterproof but sweat resistant . Reviews were fake and photos hid the sweat proof label . Purposely deceptive , customer service did not address item being not what wax ordered. Offered a discount or to return at my expense. Scam site , fake reviews

I never received my order. Customer service is just a chat bot that will just tell you the same thing over and over, never resolving the issue. Tracking says the order is held up in a sorting facility.

Stay away from this company. I was interested in and later purchase what was advertised as authentic Funko caricatures. Their homepage depicts the real item, their reviews depict authentic item. HOWEVER received was NOT these items. Clearly a bait and switch company. Not so bad, I will just return item, they are sneaky, they offer a discount code for another item and request the item be shipped back to China!!!! on your dime!!! How does his place remain in business is beyond me.

Ordered an advent calendar weeks ago. The order still has not shipped and when I contacted the company to cancel the order I was denied because they said the order is already in process. This is a sketchy company with sub-standard customer service.

Update 12-3-25 - Received order. Not as advertised - these “cars” are TINY, flat laminated pictures of cars. Choking hazard. What a joke!

SCAM!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I canceled immediately after ordering and they still told me they were sending it and then they told me they canceled it and then they told me they canceled it, but did not refund it. I had gotten the advent calendar. Nothing as it states because they are not 12 inches tall but like 1 inch. It is nothing as described, and I am disputing it with my bank. Don't waste your time nor money. I am sure if anyone stated anything good about this company it was someone there that just wants it to look good. A total rip off.

SCAM!!!! False advertising. Pictured different gnome advent calendar and stated gnomes were 12”. Pictures were false and way OVERPRICED!!!! I took pictures to show, but not able to upload them to this review.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Firstly I was sent the WRONG Item. When I reached out to Doglory to explain that they sent me the WRONG item. An item I did NOT order. They expect me to pay to have the WRONG item their company sent returned. So they want to charge me for their mistake. Not only did they send me the wrong item but it was very poor quality. I suggest to AVOID this company at all cost! Its a scam with very poor customer service.

I was sent a “Labubu” that was all scratched on its face - eyes, checks, teeth. Their options for me werr a 30% refund or send it back for a 100% refund. However, they would not pay for or reimburse the shipping costs, which would equal more than the item. They ended up giving me a 50% refund which I felt was entirely unacceptable given the condition of the item, but it wasn’t worth the back and forth. I’ll never buy anything from them again.

Do not buy from this company, it is a scam. I ordered from them, and knew it was going to take 7 days to get my order, I started getting tracking info for 4 days, and finally my item was tracking in my small town, so I thought I would be receiving my item soon, but I was wrong, it showed my package was out for delivery and should arrive today for 4 days. It does not show who has the package, and no number to call. I filed a dispute through my bank, and got my money back. I suggest everyone do the same, let the bank go after them.

I received my dog put new batteries in it and it does absolutely nothing. I was given some options but I would still be throwing away more money. I should have checked reviews like I normally do but I was getting it for my granddaughters 3rd birthday. :(

Don't buy from this company, total ripoff.
purchased a toy dog from this company. once i was able to open the back and put in the batteries I was totally disappointed. The toy they show is different from what i received. They show it running around and doing other things. The legs move but the dog stays still and just barks. Its also very cheaply made. Its a lot smaller than they show also. They say you have to pay to return the product and even then you may not get approved for a refund Total ripoff.

They shipped the wrong product and refuse to provide return shipping or refund unless I pauy more than iten is worth to ship back

FAKE Seresto Dog Collars

I was the victim of purchasing fake dog collar. I had no idea this was a thing. I called the dog collar manufacture and they said this site is famous for selling fake collars. They don't work like at all. My poor dogs were covered in fleas. Avoid this site.

Back in March I purchased 8 Seresto Collars from this company-- yes I have 6 dogs and 2 cats. When I first received them, they looked pretty genuine except they didn't have the reflectors that you always expect from Seresto. I didn't think much of it and when it was warm enough in Maine, I started to put these on my pets- thinking that they were protected as their Seresto collars have always done in the past.... WRONG! First thing that happened is when I took my golden doodle to the groomers, she had a tick embedded- this had never happened in the past. Then my poor cats started getting a bunch of ticks- then my boxer. What makes this a disgusting scam is that lyme disease can really harm our animals- and here we are thinking that they are protected. Also, it's hard to say what is even inside these fake collars. I immediately paid full price and bought 8 between chewy and petco and can now see the very subtle differences. The fake Seresto can is blurrier and the genuine Seresto collar says bayer on it AND still comes with the reflectors. I contacted the financial organization I used, to dispute the charge and that was horrendous. They kept asking me to return the collars --- I'm like, it's illegal to knowingly mail counterfeit items in a few states AND why would I want to help this business along?! I've learned a big lesson here- just pay the extra money- if it's cheaper than what you would expect, it's not a gift-it's a scam!
