I attended the Stand up Paddleboarding with Dogs on the weekend and had an amazing time! The instructor was really friendly and helpful, they had a good range of life jackets for dogs and humans and having someone take photos of your experience was a really lovely touch!

One item substituted and had to return and one item missing. Still waiting for missing item to be replaced. Substituted item not suitable and would not have ordered it in the first place.

Super quick service and excellent products.

My order arrived promptly, beautifully packaged - dog toys in tissue! One part of the order was only available as a two-pack so I was phoned to ask it this was ok. Anyway, am I glad I said yes? (although alternatives were offered). The Chuckit Ultra ball is an enormous success (X2 after the phone call). Lab pup thinks there's only one but we have a secret extra one! It's a really SPECIAL ball and even when she has been left in charge of it for many hours at a time, it shows no disintegration at all. She has also discovered the joy of her new purple frisbee but the ball will win every time. This is a nice company and I will be happy to order from here again.

Great quality jumpers and fantastic service. Can’t recommend enough

I placed two separate orders within an hour or so. I was a little annoyed by myself for wasting packaging and postage costs. Anyway a lovely lady from doghouse saw what I’d done and called to say she’d put both items in one parcel and refunded me the cost of the second order. Excellent customer service. Thank You.

A good solid dog tag, different from the bog standard.

Ordering online can be tricky but the friendly team at Doghouse were incredibly helpful. The Dachshund fleece is fabulous, a quality product. Thank you!

Generally good value, though Pluto’s Cheese Cheese and salmonChews were very expensive.
Delivery was slow.

Ordered 2 collars and 2 tags both are lovely and good quality.Ordering from Doghouse was easy, they even phoned us to say 1 collar had to be ordered in so there will be a slight delay of a couple of days.
