This company is a scam with a lousy customer service. After having a delivery issue, the goods were returned to their store. They never dared reply to my inquiries about reimbursements... meaning I paid 57$ and have no product. I strongly advise people to avoid dealing with theM; products are bought on Alibaba for a third of what they are selling to us. Outrageous.

I ordered 2 products and I received only one the price of the other product that was an xl bed case over 100€. I tried contacting via email 10 times with no response. Also I send a message on there TikTok page and they blocked me!
Do not buy from this website!

This place is trash I order items these people sent the color they want me to have and I emailed them they said send a Picture you have the order the color in the picture. Played a game I deleted and block their email off my account 😑 and never looked back advice people don't order if you can't touch or feel the merchandise it's look amazing on internet but it can be deceiving the doggie cup they sent me in white which I pick teal 💚 green color wouldn't open someone got the twist stuck it was a nightmare. It's over now. I hope this place get close down. That how upset I was soo unprofessional money hungry.😒you can't even send an review I have to go threw trustpilot.com. everyone gave them a five star are they friends and family.

I wish that I would have read all the horrible reviews (almost 100% bad) before ordering. I spent $150.00 on a cooling bed that came from China. The very first night, the bed was easily ripped and the cooling materials came out. We had to throw the bed in the garbage because the cooling materials were seeping out all over the place. In the marketing materials, on the website it shows all breeds of dogs laying on the bed, little dogs and big dogs. They also show an image of a demonstration of a pair of scissors that is also unable to rip it. It rips easy, It’s extremely poor quality and fraudulently marketed. Because it was defective, I asked for a full refund. I was refused any compensation. I am now out of $150.00. Do not purchase anything from this company. They are a really awful company!

Save your money and get your dog a decent toy. These are garbage. Cheap plastic and poor design. My dog destroyed it in 10 minutes. I feel dumb for buying it

This company is a joke . Their products are manufactured in China. I got my dog bed defective . I sent them pics of the item immediately and asked for a return. They sent me a return label and said regardless of return status - a full refund will be issued April 15. Well here we are at the end of May and I’m completely ghosted by the company with no refund . I even have tracking to show I shipped the cheap product back

I wanted to treat my dog to a new bed. Brought a dogs bed size L for my medium size dog. She is longer than the bed itself. To get a refund for the bed I’d need to pay I don’t know how much for the chance of getting a refund. I’ve learnt the lesson just go local for dog beds.

Ordered the largest bed for my 80 lb dog and it was so small I laughed😜. Got scammed again by the Chinese Major 🤬. It looked like a piece of garbage that I wouldn’t pay five dollars for in the store. I believe I paid $90 for and I am really angry. Do not buy from them because you can’t return it without paying a lot of money to go back to China.

Ordered few harnesses from them a month ago. They look really great and works really well. Would really recommend them if you're looking for a Good Quality Harnesses which aren't expensive.

全てがひどい。詐欺まがいの手口です。送る送る詐欺で、送られてこない為、決済会社のPaypalにクレームをだし、発送されない商品のキャンセル希望をだす。発送しないよう何回も依頼したにも関わらず、しばらくして外装がボロボロで中身が出ているものが届きましたが、サイトに紹介されていた商品とは、別の代物であり、やり切れない。本当にひどい商品。これは明らかに詐欺まがいのやり口だと思います。サイトを見る限り、米国の会社と思いましたが、商品は中国からの発送。担当はアナ。本当にひどい。こんな目にあったのははじめてで怒り心頭です。Paypalは買い手の保護があるとの事で、何かあった際は安心だと思い信頼して今回購入に至り、クレームをだし、買い手保護を求めましたが、このような場合でも買い手保護をしていただけない。世界で同じような目にあってる人達は大勢いる思います。

This company misleads customers on the size of the dog beds and that it is a US based company! I ordered a XXL dog bed for a 100lb dog only to wait over 2 months for a dog that fits a schnauzer and can only be shipped back to CHINA at my expense of $200!!! They have no customer service and are scamming people . I tried to cancel my order after a month when I didn’t get it and they said it shipped so they can’t. Said it would arrive in a week another few weeks go by still nothing . They make it so you can’t cancel your order or return it without spending crazy money to do so . Do not buy from this place, they are not who they say they are . I will be reporting them to the BBB.

BUYER BEWARE - This is a Chinese company that says they offer returns. You must mail it back to China (AND PAY) and HOPE you receive some sort of refund. SCAMMERS

If I could give the harness product I purchased from DoggoComfy NO stars I would. Terrible product. Broke within 1/2 hour of use. Company policy stated that, as I used it later than 30 days after receiving, I could not get a refund even though the product was defective. No offer to replace the product either. My big error was not reading the reviews first! DO NOT BUY from this company.

Never received the item. It was shipped to another country supposedly but never got a reply back even from the company. Shame on you!

Did not receive the item, Doggo Comfy sent tracking info from Yun Express, a shipping company in China. The package was supposed to be handed off to the USPS for delivery. After researching the tracking info with the USPS, I found out it is fake information and that is why I never received the item. Doggo Comfy won't refund you and they know they are committing fraud. Buyer beware! I am sure this company will close down soon.

I ordered 2 items and the tracking info showed it shipped from a Chinese shipping company. It was supposed to be then handed to the local USPS and delivered to me. I never received the order, their tracking says it was delivered to my front door. I contacted them and received an email telling me to look in my mailbox. I check my mailbox every day and there certainly wasn't a package from them. I contacted this company and they won't tell me if it is insured and how to file a claim. I disputed it with PayPal and they denied my claim because the tracking is showing delivered. It looks like PayPal is using AI now because my denial letter came in 20 minutes. I can't verify the quality of the merchandise as I never got to see the order. I hope this terrible business closes down and stops ripping off people. These reviews are terrible. I will never, ever order something online from a social media ad again.

Compré una aspiradora de pelo para perros pero cuando llegó resultó ser el modelo básico, en la web no se pone de forma clara por lo que compras sin darte cuenta algo que no quieres. Ordered the flying saucer ball and contacted the seller because it would not close completely; they responded that it needed battery insertion. Nowhere on their website does it say batteries are not included or that any assembly is required. I have limited hand mobility so requested a return authorization. After getting the run-around where they sent me videos of how to install the batteries (which I can not physically do) I contacted Paypal and disputed the charge. They responded with the return shipping address in CHINA! Their website clearly states that they will provide the closest return address to the customer but that, apparently, is China. Return costs for the $22 ball will be over $50 so I will donate it to an animal shelter. Run-do not walk-away from this flim-flam company!

Just like 99% of reviews here, i wish i read this before ordering. I spent $85 for an xl bed that is a joke. It’s so small and built for a chihuahua and if filled with cotton balls and very few at that. It’s ooor quality and trying to return it is so difficult. They said i need to pay for shipping and keep requesting tons of photos. Their return policy states that buyers are responsible for additional shipping and they would provide the label. Nowhere does it say buyer is responsible for shipping. It’s a waste of money and like others said, I’m sure they’re banking on it being so difficult to return that they just give go. It’s a scam. Don’t do it!
