Company Leaves Young Girl Locked In Bathroom
One star is too high for this horrid company. This is the most unprofessional company’s I have ever seen. We were at the port and they said we were in the wrong spot but it was supplied with the wrong port number. Next, the boat was shaking so bad that I felt like I was on a vibration device. Then, they were late picking us up which is ironic because they left one of our group members behind. She was in the bathroom where the lock broke. We exclaimed to the tour guide we had a person in the bathroom in English, Italian, and Spanish. By our teacher, her friends, and more. As we docked, she announced she was checking the bathrooms but that didn’t help the fact that she just walked past them as our student was pounding on the door for help. We tried to get help after they yelled at us to get off the boat. We said a minor is in the bathroom and stuck but they didn’t care. They left and wouldn’t let us leave her stuff so she could contact us as she left her phone with her belongings. They processed to yell at this poor girl for being in the bathroom and told her she will she will be dropped off at the next stop over an hour away and could figure it out for herself. I am horrified.

After careful checks with our staff and review of the onboard CCTV, it emerged that, despite the guide’s instruction to carry out a quick disembarkation due to strong winds (which also caused increased vibration during navigation), one student from your group was inside the restroom at the time of disembarkation.
Under these weather conditions, the vessel had to leave the dock to allow other boats waiting to berth. Our guide remained on board waiting for the student, who did not report any difficulty opening the restroom door, until the vessel was able to dock again and allow her to rejoin the group on the island.
We found no inappropriate behavior from our crew; in fact, the teacher present also thanked us for how the situation was handled. For us, it is essential to continuously monitor the quality of our service, and our crew is trained to provide a unique and professional experience. We therefore believe this was a misunderstanding and kindly ask you to reconsider the review, as it does not reflect the actual events. Thank you.

Ho prenotato un tour per Murano e Burano ed è stata un’esperienza decisamente positiva! Innanzitutto, la prenotazione è stata molto semplice e ricevere ulteriori dettagli telefonicamente è stato altrettanto agevole. La qualità del servizio si nota anche dall’accoglienza del personale presso il meeting point. Inoltre, c’è una guida preparata, pronta a condividere curiosità in diverse lingue, e decisamente speciale è il momento in cui si vede lavorare il vetro, con un negozio annesso veramente grazioso. Traspare organizzazione, passione e professionalità, per cui consiglio vivamente di affidarsi al Doge di Venezia per vivere al meglio l’incanto di queste località.

Weekend per il Carnevale
Luogo vicinissimo alla stazione, essenziale ma decisamente confortevole e accogliente, con la possibilità di deposito bagagli (non da sottovalutare). Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Colazione da favola, ampia scelta sia su dolce che su salato. Suggerirei solo di attrezzarsi con qualche alternativa senza lattosio in più oltre al latte.

Très bonne compagnie de ferries
Très bonne compagnie de ferries. À l’heure. C’est marrant de voir des chaises de cuisine à la place des fauteuils habituels dans certains bateaux. Équipage agréable. Mais on ne comprend rien quand la jeune fille parle en français.

Ottima organizzazione, escursione di 4 ore con partenza vicino San Marco, barca pulita con posti esterni e interni, durante il tragitto c'è una guida che ti spiega in più lingue, prima fermata Murano con visita e dimostrazione lavorazione vetro più shopping all'interno della fabbrica (1 ora) seconda fermata Burano, spettacolare con le sue casette colorate 1 ora per visitarla, bellissimo tutto, unico neo lasciare più tempo a disposizione a Burano

Ben Organizzati ma alcune cose da rivedere
Purtroppo nel tragitto da Venezia e Murano non si sentiva niente di quello che diceva la guida.
A Murano inoltre non mi e' per niente piaciuto che dopo la dimostrazione del vetro la visita al negozio era praticamente obbligata in quanto la porta verso l uscita era chiusa e davanti c era una signora che lavorava lì.
In questo modo la visita al paese di Murano si è praticamente azzerata ovvero non abbiamo praticamente visto nulla visto il tempo risicato.
Io lascerei una mezz'oretta in più a Murano per dare modo ai visitatori di vedere meglio il posto.

ci dispiace che l’esperienza non sia stata pienamente soddisfacente e la ringraziamo per il suo feedback.
Durante la navigazione può capitare che, soprattutto all’esterno dell’imbarcazione, il vento renda difficile l’ascolto della guida. Per quanto riguarda la sosta a Murano, dopo la dimostrazione dell’arte vetraria è previsto il passaggio attraverso il negozio per chi desiderasse acquistare souvenir, ma non vi è alcun obbligo di permanenza ed è possibile uscire liberamente per visitare l’isola. La sosta è pensata per offrire una panoramica dei luoghi visitati. Ci auguriamo comunque di poterla ospitare nuovamente a bordo in futuro.

Un film bellissimo con un mix di emozioni spettacolari e che è stato girato in modo spettacolare merita moltissimo perché racconta la storia di una persona che ha cambiato la sua vita in meglio e che adesso è una bravissima persona.

SS Tourist Trap
Definitely skip this trip. They take you to Murano, which is lovely, but give you no time to see it. Instead, they try to sell you glass from whatever factory they have a deal with. They give you an hour in Burano instead of the 90 minutes they advertise, but it’s a mercy, since it’s basically a shopping mall, with nothing worth buying, eating, or looking at. Also, it was bucketing down rain when we landed at Burano, but the crew didn’t care and rudely sent out into it instead of waiting a few minutes for it to stop. You’d think all that was to stay on schedule, but we got back to San Marco 40 minutes late when all was said and done, nearly making us have to run for a dinner reservation we should have easily made and would have been charged for a no-show.

We’re truly sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. We always inform our guests that the stop in Murano includes both the visit to the glass factory and some free time to explore the island independently. The stop in Burano lasts from one to two hours (depending on the tour), and we’re sorry that you didn’t enjoy what most of our visitors usually love — the colorful houses, the charm of lace-making, and the local tradition of bussolà cookies.
Passenger safety is always our top priority. We regret the inconvenience caused by disembarking in the rain, but our team must have assessed that it was safe to proceed at that time. We also have no record of a 40-minute delay on the return trip, but if you’d like to contact us directly with more details about your tour and the scheduled return time, we’ll be happy to verify this for you.
We hope you’ll give us another opportunity in the future to offer you a more enjoyable experience.
