Good for saving but staff on live chat not very helpful and long wait times. We are due to exchange on our property tomorrow and no sign of the funds being released ultimately delaying the process.

Problems with My transfer from Vanguard
My transfer from Vanguard has taken far longer than it should and between the two of them they have still not found my cash balance. I get lots of 'we're looking into it and an agent still get back to you' but no actual resolution and it is wearing thin as I have paid double charged and lost interest on the cash and the opportunity to invest it. So far, not impressed.

My husband and I made a deposit through this app, and now they are refusing to allow us to withdraw the funds. They said they require us to authenticate the withdrawal verbally via telephone, but when we called the number they said it can only be done via the app. We're just going round in circles. Terrible company.

Simple and Effective 👏
The app is very easy to navigate and transfer of funds is simple. The ability to hold cash and gain interest is a great feature so you can have an investment pot and use the cash pot as easy access savings whenever required… great idea!
Cash withdrawal process resulted in an instant payment and the direct debit was easy to set up as well. I found Dodl much easier to use than any of its competitors and more informative. Great service 👏

You can turn off interest if you want
I am new but this app really made it easy for me. Staffs are co-operative. I have requested them to turn off interest (due to religious purpose), they responded positively.

Could be clearer
Easy to set up the app and open an investment ISA, but I didn't realize there were only a selected few shares you could invest in and despite doing a fair bit of research I didn't find mention of that anywhere and I still don't think it's clear that your choice is fairly limited. Maybe I'm missing something though.
