Docupost have saved soo much time for me. It is easy, you can track your mail, dates and export all your history. I had an idea about this but this company really did good. Mond blown by their service. I am ok to pay 50cents more than driving and waiting.

If I could take stars away I would. By far the worst experience ever! Important mail that needs to be somewhere quick your better off walking the mail to that location. Paid $20 to next day mail it's been two weeks and it went passed where it had to go. Never again. Now I see mail I paid for months back that never paid. Horrible horrible experience.

A few months ago I signed up and sent a few important legal mail items. I assumed I'd be able to log on again to track the mail.
Then in October I paid and set up to mail item another important letter/document.
Later that day I received an email from a noreply address "We were unable to fulfill your mailing request(s) submitted via DocuPost. Your pending mailings have been cancelled and a refund has been initiated if applicable. Refunds may take 3-7 days to appear on your credit card statement. We apologize for the inconvenience."
I tried to log on and when I get to the dashboard, it flashes my account for under a second and then gives me a blank screen. I have tried multiple times since then and I cannot access my account or my previously mailed documents.
These are LEGAL DOCUMENTS. I must be able to track them. There is no way to even contact customer support.
This company has 100% violated my trust and put me legally at risk by cutting off access to the mail I sent and giving me no way to even access the tracking numbers.
I am considering legal action.
Stay away and DO NOT TRUST this company.

Update: On Nov 9, 2025, the company restored my access to my account.

Least expensive system I have found so far. Easy to use and has been a good experience

A very slick mailing service that has minimal setup and unneeded steps to get mailing. Makes it easy to set sender, recipient, and contents. So good.

I tried sending the first letter to myself and I never got it. It shows delivered in the dashboard. I can't file lost complaint because it is past 7 days. There is no customer care number and the AI bot is spitting wrong info.

Easy to use. Fast. I was able to upload my postcards and get them mailed in less than 15 minutes.

I have used this for many mailings and do not have 1 complaint.
I only wish there was a mobile app.
