The worst company move away from them.

Tricks you to pay more than you need because auto-renewing is on by default. Why does it need to trick customers? Because the products are not useful.

Probably the most scummy company I've encountered this side of actual scammers.

I get that companies need to earn money, but don't hide your payment plans behind creating an account, and definitely not behind creating A DOCUMENT. Huge time waste. And then they decided to waste even more time by hiding the "delete account" behind a customer support contact. Horrible experience through and through.

What looks like a monthly subscription, is in practice just a monthly payment with a one year lock in.
I unknowingly created only one document and which now cost me 500 EUR. The support Petra also doesn’t care and simply says “That your problem. You should have read our T&Cs”. Watch out before you buy!

Hannah & Ashleigh helped me join Docue as a new customer quickly and were a pleasure dealing with. Nothing beats the personal service provided by real human beings in my opinion :-)

I found their website very easy to use and I was able to create the contracts I needed quickly and efficiently. Well worth the annual payment and having access to legal professionals is the cherry on top.

Smooth and easy onboarding process. Neil was really helpful running through how the platform worked and clearly explained the pricing plan. Having now used the platform to create a number of documents I have found it intuitive and easy to use

Great product that has helped in the issue of multiple contract types. Easy to use and helpful.

the software only allows a signature on a document by drawing with a mouse - so the result is a scribble and looks completely amateurish and unprofessional.
do not buy if you want to appear businesslike in your documentation

Avoid , Avoid, Avoid
There’s something very wrong here.

Initially signed up for an annual contract - functionality wasn’t useful for me personally but that aside I was automatically charged another annual subscription at a significant increase to my prior subscription.
At no point was I alerted to the renewal
At no point was I alerted to the price increase
At no point did the original sales person indicate it would renew automatically

After complaining,
Docue then charged me another £60 to cancel my subscription and 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund after being promised it.

As can be seen from the other reviews pricing information for users is sadly very misleading.

My next steps are a full report to the CMA,
trade bodies and my own small claims procedure if this isn’t resolved.

For anyone out there please be aware of all the 1 star reviews.

Small businesses and individuals shouldn’t have to deal with this.

Scam pricing, limited number of documents and no additional value if you pay for more documents.

They compare the pricing to that of a lawyer which is nonsense

After some confusion with the subscription, the Vice President Neil called me personally to explain how the service operates and solved all the problems I was having whilst on the phone.

Overall, having the VP call to solve a problem is not something I would expect anywhere, but it was greatly appreciated and was a huge help!
