This service has no way of just getting a translation, without a mandatory $14.99/mo "storage" fee on top of it (after a 14-day "trial period"). This is true even if you have 1 or 2 small translations. You always have to check out and then unsubscribe.

This company will rip you off! Buyer beware. They keep charging my CC, and I have not used their product since I signed up for a $0/Month FREE account, but you have to put in a CC to try. They continue to say it is free, and I have no files being stored, however, they continue to charge my account. When I cancelled the program, they said that I cannot receive a refund because I cancelled it yesterday, and they already billed me for the next month! Now I am in a dispute with this horrible company, whose product stinks in comparison to others, and continues to take money from me. You should look at other translation programs and apps before venturing into this one. You will not be happy.

I paid for an urgent translation that never arrived on time due to technical failures on their platform. I was forced to use another service. When the translation was finally sent, it was completely useless. I asked for a refund and was flat-out denied, despite not having received the service when I needed it.

To make matters worse, they enrolled me in a so-called “trial” without clearly disclosing it during checkout, then attempted to charge my card days later—even after I had explicitly told them I would never use their service again. This kind of shady practice is manipulative and dishonest, designed to trick users into unwanted charges.

I have demanded that they delete my card information and ensure no further transactions. But the damage is done. This company is a textbook example of how NOT to treat customers—opaque policies, poor communication

It works super well and is easy to use, for any translation it gives you a very exact and good way, it works for any type of activity and is quick to use.
