Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I sincerely apologise.
We have identified that this unit was supplied to us by the manufacturer with a US power adapter instead of a UK version. This should not have been included for UK supply.
We have immediately stopped sales and are returning the remaining stock to the manufacturer.
The device operates fully on batteries. Please do not use the supplied adapter.
I have arranged a full refund for you and there is no need to return the item.
