Secure your shipping projects
Great company. Astonishing business culture and will to carry everyone to the top. As a former logistics expert, I always had issues with my shipping services, I think Docshipper really provides the best answer to this with short response times and competitive pricing.

Noting but smooth experience
In the event of goods being stuck at customs, Robert Houwayek is a customs broker you should arguably consider to release your cargo. Once I knew that my scale modeling tools coming from Spain are being withheld at Suvarnabhumi Airport, I resorted to him to release it and handle the last mile delivery. All what he asked me is to send 2 emails to be able to do it! The first one to him (incl. invoice, AWB, & last-entry stamp), and the second one to the airline in order to release the D/O to him. Well guess what, within 48 hours, it was done! I got my parcel at my place in Phuket.

Rassurez-vous personne ne nous a payé pour écrire ce qui suit…
Merci à Marc, notre interlocuteur principal et son équipe.
Nous avons apprécié que le moindre message soit diffusé, en copie, à l’équipe. Ainsi l’information tourne, à la plus grande satisfaction du client et de l’efficacité de l’entreprise.
Quel fut notre étonnement d’avoir une cotation le lendemain de notre premier contact, de payer dans la foulée l’acompte à la commande, et notre questionnement : serais-ce du phishing, surtout quand notre banque Revolut nous alerte ??? Non, c’est leur efficacité dans le travail…
Et cet autre instant, où le représentant local nous contacte avant même que l’on soit informés que notre dossier était déjà arrivé en Malaisie : « merci de signer cette procuration ». Coup de fil à Marc : « oui, pas de problème ».
Efficacité, toujours efficacité… Donc très satisfaits pour ce transfert entre la Malaisie et la France.
