I made a mistake in ordering wheelchair…
I made a mistake in ordering wheelchair parts, tires and tubes. The company sent me an email suspecting I made a mistake. I corrected the order and received the right parts. This wouldn't have happened with a big company who would have just shipped the wrong parts. DME hub has my future business.

Beyond the serial number.
Dave helped me retrofit my 22 year old TiLite TRC with new fork assemblies from a newer Aero T. Doubt any other company would even be willing to try to tackle that. Always the right parts the first time in a timely manner.

This place may be okay but the fact that they only offer USPS as a shipping option is the weak spot, and the post office being the post office my package is lost no where to be found and neither DME of USPS cares buyer beware
