Great Customer Service!! Anytime I call about my Ti-lite Wheelchair with questions about what I need to order to fix problems, I get great help!! Their staff are patient with all my questions and I so appreciate it because I'm not mechanical inclined, a 64 yr. old woman and Amputee. Thanks for all your HELP!!

The guy on the phone looked up my chair and knew exactly what parts were on my chair..I was able to order what I needed and it was a no hassle experience…perfect!

Good customer service pretty decent supply of tilite parts. They don't have everything but they have most of the parts that you would need to replace over the years from standard wear and tear.

Great Service, Great Parts Catalog
Great service! I found myself in a pickle and I needed parts before a trip. The folks at DME Hub were very responsive and attentive and they were able to get the parts to me in time. I really like the website as well. It has a great parts catalog that makes it really easy for me to find and order the parts I need.
