Beware this company is DODGY.
We bought a thermal printer from tesco who verified that this company would send it. We are elderly and trusted Tesco.
This company is really dodgy. The website states , this web page is under construction,!!! We could not download the printer drivers. We actioned a return and this company sent an email with a link that does not work.
If the return label has not arrived by Monday I will have to take the purchase into tesco and report this company.
DO NOT BUY HERE DODGY COMPANY!!!!!

Bought a pair of seat covers unfortunately the courier didn't deliver, totally there fault got in touch with them, Lucy and that same day had resolved the problem and said a replacement would be sent, it arrived the next day such a fast resolution and communication was perfect always in touch to keep me informed highly recommended would definitely use again

Unfortunately the small base stand broke exposing the wiring. I contacted customer service and sent a photo. I can’t believe how quickly they sent a new part !! Within 2 days of sending the email the new base part arrived. First class service and wonderful staff. Won’t hesitate to use this company again.

Outstanding Customer Service
I contacted DMD Collective looking for replacement door seals for a countertop dishwasher that was around two years old and therefore outside its warranty period.
The seals weren’t available as spare parts. However, Amanda from DMD Support offered to wait for a returned unit, have the seals removed from it and send them to me.
True to her word, Amanda arranged for both seals to be removed and dispatched to me. Replacement seals fitted and the dishwasher is now operational again with no leaks or error codes.
Fantastic customer service and a great example of going the extra mile for a customer. Many thanks to Amanda and DMD Collective.

Dishwasher water heater broke after 13 months
I bought my DMD Collective dishwasher in July 2025, and it was fabulous for the first 13 months, but today I have the E6 heat fault code coming up, and it’s not heating the water. Not sure it’s cost-effective to repair. Disappointing that it’s just outside the 1 year guarantee period. Won’t go with a tabletop dishwasher again.

We have apologised that your product arrived in packaging displaying a picture of the item and that this unfortunately ruined your husband’s birthday surprise. As stated in my previous email, we do not offer a gift-wrapping service, although we do appreciate your feedback regarding the packaging and understand your disappointment.
With regard to the delivery itself, Evri is an independent courier company. Any concerns regarding how the parcel was delivered would need to be raised directly with Evri, as they will only liaise with you as the recipient/buyer.
I would also like to clarify that the carriage fee is added by Wowcher and is not a charge that we receive. However, as previously stated, I am happy to contact Wowcher on your behalf and request that the carriage charge be refunded, given that you were unhappy with the delivery service.
We are sorry again for the disappointment caused. Please let me know if there is anything further we can reasonably do to help resolve this for you.

I bought a 4x6 DMD Collective Thermal Label Printer,I got it back and its not suitable and too flimsy and it didn't work or connect I purchased it through Debenhams and they said the purchase was through a 3rd party being Dmd Collective I asked to return the item I have been messed about by Debenhams and Dmd Collective for the last 5 days as they didn't want me to return it I had to threaten legal action and then I was sent a returns label . Its been 5 days of hell between DMD and Debenhams it will be the last time I order from here a total disgrace I expect I will wait a year now to get my refund as they just don't seem to want to refund my money a disgrace .In regards to you operating at weekends this has had noting to do with this utter nonsense it been during the week .

I can see that my colleague initially sent you a returns link, and when you advised it wasn't working, we arranged a free printable returns label for you as requested.

Incomplete item issue resolved quickly
We recently bought a garden water feature, but unfortunately it arrived without the lighting loom. Accessed Customer Service via the portal, unfortunately no spare parts were available so had to return it, a bit of a wrangle getting a prepaid return label, hence 4☆ rating. From then on, great service (thanks Lucy). The replacement water feature arrived within two or three days of the return, happy with the aftercare and delighted with the item.

Poor Communication
Response update.
I gave DMD additional information on the Thursday during business hours, and did not receive any response that day or Friday. Only when I left this review contact has been made. It turns out there is no stock of the item, although payment was taken.
Ordered an item via wowcher and have had no confirmation of the order from DMD. I have emailed DMD and they asked for the delivery postcode, even though the order details were in the email, I replied with the postcode, and 3 days later still no response. Wowcher have contacted DMD and I still have had no further response. The payment has been taken from my PayPal account, but I have no idea of when and if I will receive the item.

Orders are processed using your Wowcher voucher code, not the Wowcher order number, which is why my colleague requested some additional information to locate your order.

I have not used my Hoover yet due to me rushing to get it set up . My son has disabilities and I was rushing and done it wrong. I emailed DMD and very quick response with no hassle at all and sending out another one . I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this no nonsense no millions of questions and photos ect like most places . This is the best customer service I think I’ve ever experienced and highly recommend purchasing from here thank you again

Order a toastie maker from them. The item was never delivered. They ignored all my attempts to contact them and resolve this, they ignore the contact via the webform and they ignored the request directly via email. Mistakes can happen, but if they do, they need to respond and not just ignore people

I bought a oven and cooker,the.table…
I bought a oven and cooker,the.table ones for camping,with nice oven and 2 electric plates.I used often during this year and it always worked perfectly until first one plate stopped working,then another one.I contacted support and they have been very nice and helpful and sorting out my issue.seems like it should be fixed soon.

I bought the 3 in 1 espresso machine for my wife. When the filter came out of the holder i could not get it back on without it blocking.
I contacted customer service to ask if they sold spare parts, and the customer service agent sent me a new filter and handle no questions asked.
Great service and very quick to reply.

Excellent eBayer seller!!!
Ordered a solar powered 4 tier water feature, which was registered as posted pretty quickly after ordering, but after EVRI added nothing but 'Waiting for parcel', after four days I messaged the seller (Shai), who responded very quickly, saying he'd send out a second water feature via DPD. shortly after this, I received an email from EVRI saying that the first water feature would arrive the following day. I messaged Shai back telling him this, and to my absolute amazement, he said keep the both. Both water features arrived today, the DPD one first, then shortly after, the EVRI one. very please with my purchase, and the absolutely awesome Customer Service and communication! I shall most certainly be buying from Shai again!!
