Deborah is absolutely fantastic! I messaged her quite last minute to have a look at seats, as we were down on holiday from Orkney. She met up with us and took a range of seats she thought would suit us best. We tried a selection of them in our car. She's so knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Nothing is too much trouble. Super quick to reply to messages too. We got our seat delivered and it arrived within the week. We will 100% be recommending her to everyone in need of seats. We can sleep easy at night knowing out little boy is as safe as can be, rear facing for years to come 🙂 thanks

So great to have an experienced, knowledgeable car seat supplier locally. Deborah got in touch immediately after I placed my order online to offer in person installation of our new seat. Deborah was quick and efficient when she arrived to install the seat and made sure I had all the info needed for using the seat.

I highly recommend anyone needing a new car seat books in with Deborah at DMB car seats. She has excellent knowledge in the car seats which are available and she makes sure that you have all the information needed before making your decision. We were able to try out different seats with our little boy sitting in them in our car. Once we had decided on a seat it was good to know the seat was safely installed and we were shown in great detail how to do this. It is also nice to know if we have any questions we can still make contact when needed. I recommend anyone looking for a new car seat goes to visit DMB car seats.

I messaged DMB Car Seats about our 6 month old having neck flop whilst asleep (which he did a lot in the car!) A quick photo and an adjustment and the problem was sorted. Will definitely be in touch again if anything is needed in the future. Helped a stressed mum out!

Deborah is amazingly knowledgeable, friendly and brilliant at what she does. We purchased a car seat for my 4-year-old to allow him to face rearward for longer and she spent some time over a video call ensuring that I was happy with the fit and also that he was comfortable in his new seat. Would thoroughly recommend buying from her because of this and also because it is so important to support small mum lead businesses!

Deborah was extremely knowledgable on all things safety related when it comes to keeping children safe in the car. She was very patient with both myself and my son ( I was a bit indecisive) when choosing and he was getting fed up trying seats. She was never In any rush and let me try as many seats as needed within the car. Also never any pressure to choose a particular one and very up front with the price. I originally wanted one which was cheaper but I changed my mind once I seen my son sitting in them and she let me know difference in price instantly but didn’t push in anyway to choose a dearer one. I came away knowing my son is safe in his car seat for many years to come and that’s everything for a parent when driving little ones around.
I would highly recommend, in fact I would now only recommend her when it comes to choosing the perfect seat.

She gave us great advice on both the toddler seat and high backed booster that we were looking for. I will definitely use her again.

Deborah is so helpful even months/years after purchase with questions/fit advice. we were recently in a car accident and our seats needed replaced and Deborah let me know about an amazing scheme through avionaut that replace car seats after a crash. what a lifesaver! and our second car seat was covered under insurance and she helped us upgrade that car seat with advice. I recommend DMB car seats to anyone I can - lovely woman, lovely business, and incredible car seat knowledge.
