DM & Co made the process of moving house as painless as it could be. I am very grateful to Peter, Ann, Evie and particularly Victoria who have worked tirelessly to make sure things were dealt with sensibly and quickly. They have been brilliant communicators and really took the initiative to get things moving when the chain looked like breaking down. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My experience with DM&Co has been amazing, I have been looked after by Victoria and Julie who have been extremely helpful and have always made time to answer/find out any answers to questions I’ve had. I’m the first time buyer so I have needed a lot of advice and help, both Julie And Victoria have been amazing, and it’s really easy to get in touch with the whole team at DM&Co.

Great experience dealing with the agents from DM and Co. Part of the reason for initial enquiry was due to their reputation in the area and also award winning which made me think they might have that large company, non personal feel but I can say it was the opposite and the team were very professional with lots of knowledge but still provided a personal touch that gave me confidence to give them the property to market and the whole process has been great from start to finish.

After a few weeks of the house initially being on the market we changed estate agents to DM and Co. and are so pleased we did so. A big thank you to Ann for marketing and selling our mother’s house. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she always responded to our calls and queries expeditiously, sometimes out of hours. Ann always kept us informed and updated throughout the whole selling journey, as well as providing sensible and honest advice from the very outset. We certainly benefitted from her professional, passionate, and committed approach. Emma and the wider Shirley team were always on hand, they too were professional, diligent and friendly at all times – thank you. We have no hesitation in recommending DM and Co.

Just like to Say Julianne at DM&Co has provided me with real Customer support, due to Julianne’s perseverance I finally got a tricky issue with my property resolved. Old school customer service and massively appreciated.

Well what a turnaround. I live in a different area to my Dad and have heard nothing but stress over problems not being rectified with his rental property. I have recently been in touch with Julianne from the office and the communication has been amazing. Things getting sorted, if they can't be sorted - regular updates - and that's all you want so you are not left in the dark. Thank you Julianne - can't recommend you and your company enough now.
