We bought our home through Ann at DM&Co, and she was genuine, honest and caring. Not to mention super efficient and speedy with everything. When it came to the offer, unlike all agents making us wait days and weeks, she gave us an answer within 2 hours of viewing the property. When we required assistance she was able to advise us correctly; she went above and beyond with the vendors to try and solve the issues we encountered along the way. But, probably, and most importantly, she was able to advise and counsel the vendors, having their interest in mind, and not hers.
Unlike all other agents we've dealt with during our year of home hunting. everyone tried to manipulate us.
If I ever had to sell a house, I'd pick DM&Co hands down.

I chose DM&Co to help sell my father’s house after several personal recommendations. The team were friendly, supportive and worked hard throughout the process to find the right buyer with good comms. They gave honest advice and feedback and navigated what was a difficult process for us at a difficult time.

Excellent knowledge is local area - good setting of price. Good contacts in area wanting to buy. Excellent selling strategy. Worked very well in a not so buoyant market. Good communication. Helpful advice. Friendly and confident staff - felt safe and confident with the way they handled things. Would definitely use again.

I decided it was time to move house and was dreading putting it on the market as I knew it would be a long frustrating process, but was recommended DM & Co by a friend who recently sold with them and couldn't speak enough praise with the service they provided. From the first phone call to show my initial interest I was welcomed by the lovely staff, very professional as well as friendly, all the way through to my house being sold (not even a week on the market). The sale board was put up on the Monday and was sold on the Friday before the brochure even made it online. Can't thank them enough for their help in making this a more enjoyable experience, especially Emma who has been amazing every step of the way, very polite and great communication, keeping me up to date as soon as progress was being made, also Peter who come to do my valuation, well mannered and experienced and anyone else in between who was involved such as the photographer etc. I would never sell with anyone else.

I had to let a property that was out of DM & Co's typical geography. Gabrielle and Chiara were extremely helpful and efficiently found me a tenant in a short space of time, coordinating with a local agent in the process. I really couldn't recommend them enough, and look forward to re-letting my place with them again later this year.

Initially I wasn't sure whether I was going to let my house or sell so I had meetings with both Amy and Chiara who were knowledgeable in their respective areas, professional and respectful of my position. I ended up selling and Amy has been excellent through the whole process. Always responsive to any queries I had and has kept me up to date all the way through. I cannot imagine that it could have gone any better. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

We used DM&Co to sell my parents property and were very satisfied with the service received from start to finish. From start to finish, both Chiara and Evie were fantastic in helping myself and my partner secure our new home (rental).
Upon an initial enquiry about renting with DM&Co I received a response right away and the process was smooth sailing from there. I was also given the choice of which apartment to go for which was a great surprise! The application process followed suit where both Chiara and Evie were on hand throughout the entire process and helped with any questions I had. Compared to other/previous agents, the service is second to none and I highly recommend using DM&Co if you can!
Even after I was settled into the property, the above agents made regular check ins which was reassuring that any problems would be resolved quickly although the property is perfect.
Overall my expectations about renting and the service you get have been exceeded which is an understatement in itself.

Quick renting process! DM & Co were helpful when we were looking for somewhere to rent. The flat we rented is managed by the landlord so we aren't in much contact with DM & Co post move-in but they've been great any time we needed them.

Always so helpful and understanding easy to get in touch with a big Thank you to Steph today for helping in an emergency making 1000 phone calls for me really will do all they can to help I’m very grateful

Appointed DM & Co, to assist in the sale of my Late Mother's House. My daughter used DM & Co, 3 years ago, and highly recommended them. How right she was, from initial call for a valuation to the Sale completion, the service and attention to detail has been absolutely First Class. Communication throughout has been excellent, with very regular updates.

Recently found a rental property through DM & Co. homes. Extremely professional and very helpful throughout the process. After a long and drawn out process for ourselves and our buyer, we finally exchanged and completed the week before last. I would particularly note the professionalism and support from Ann and Victoria who both kept us informed and politely chased the process with all involved parties.
It is a relief to be finally in our new home and we look forward to spending our first Christmas rediscovering possessions that have been boxed and waiting to be moved over a lengthy period of time.
