Good and bad
Good repairs, bad bad customer services - rude people on the end of the phone, and didn't feel like a priority at all. Would not have picked them myself but insurance company chose them so didn't have any choice. The only person who bothered making contact was Simon Tye, who was excellent

During the repair process I received regular updates, the completion date did slip, but I was always informed of alterations to the completion date.

Exceptional Service
DLG Auto Services have been exceptional in their communication regarding my vehicle repairs, with regular updates about how things were progressing and when the work was expected to be completed. The repairs have been done to a very high standard. Everyone has been friendly and helpful and I cannot thank them enough for getting my car back to me in such good condition, even freshly valeted and washed.
