I would like to have provided a 5 star review but….
I would like to have provided a 5 star rating. Certainly the quality of the repair job was excellent, the car was returned washed and vacuumed and the personal service when arriving in the hire car to leave it in exchange for picking up my own vehicle was friendly, helpful and informative. However, in the preceding days I had difficulty getting in touch with the garage to check progress, discus timings as to when the repair would be carried out and when it would be completed. Either I couldn’t get through or when I could the person answering couldn’t tell me.

The lack of availability of a courtesy…
The lack of availability of a courtesy car meant I had to wait quite a while to get my car repaired.
Apart from that, everything else was great. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was helpful and professional.
A huge 5stars to the lovely gentleman who delivered the courtesy car and took mine away for repairs and returned it. Thank you
